Everyone at the hotel was helpful and able to answer any questions we had. There was always someone available. Thank you for a delightful stay! Also, the food was delicious!

This hotel is located on the edge of a densely populated neighborhood with meadows and gardens in the back. It is beautiful and quiet. The front desk was friendly and helpful- even going above and beyond to help print COVID test results for our departure. Our room was exactly as pictured online, with a great bathroom, plenty of storage for suitcases, and a wardrobe. We had a beautiful view of the pasture (see photo). The beds and pillows were uncomfortable unfortunately. Would recommend staying here if you're in the area.

Amazing country hotel with beautiful decor and spa. We enjoyed the indoor pool, sauna and massage bed for relaxation. Our junior suite was very comfortable and spacious enough for the three of us. We also had our own terrace with beautiful countryside views. The staff was very friendly and the food excellent.

The room was very basic and the decor and furniture was tired. Only 1 and half very soft pillows. Good waterfall shower in a cramped en suite. Friendly staff

Excellent familiary atmosphere! Amazing breakfast. Rooms are clean, bathrooms modern. Only during hot days in summer the room can become very warm since not all rooms are equipped with AC...

Had a wonderful three night stay at this hotel and will go back for sure. We had a large, superior room with a separate hall with a seating area which was great for working. The bedroom was huge, had a comfortable bed and there was also a separate area with a couple of armchairs and a table. The room had lots of natural light and a view over the garden, which was very lovely. The sauna and pool are nice, although there's not so much space to sit or lounge when it's crowded. Breakfast was wonderful, and the two restaurants were nice although Mumm didn't live up to our expectations. Some dishes were nice but overall taste was rather bland. All in all, a great stay, and a fantastic price-quality ratio.

I had a Great stay. The wellness area is Great, iT had a water massage bed that is terrific. A Nice hotel in a serene area. I would stay here again.

very nice and quiet hotel with good food. Rooms comfortable, bathroom in a very good condition and beds relaxing (even though twin). The parking space was always available and quick check in and check out made for a convenient stay and great experience overall.

The hotel was very modern and clean. The room was made up very nicely for our family. The kids loved the gummy bears on the bed and my sons extra bed was set up behind privacy curtains which was very thoughtful. The pool was very clean and the water not too cold. The only thing missing was the hot tub. We would definitely come back. The food at the restaurant was delicious for dinner and the breakfast buffet.

We stayed here on a one night stop off between Bruges and Berlin. The hotel room was excellent (although too hot for our dog due to the under floor heating which we had to turn right down). We had doors out to the garden which was perfect for her in the morning. We ate in the restaurant which was very good and made use of the spa facilities. We weren't entirely sure what was around locally, but to be honest it didn't matter just for one night. However the reception staff advised us of an excellent walk along the river which our dog loved. We'd definitely return.

Nice hotel in a secluded village location. Excellent transport links (local bus) to Essen HBF makes this hotel easy to get to. Breakfast was good The swimming pool/spa area is nice and available for most of the day. It is quite a small pool though.

Good for a business break. Staff exceptionally friendly. Breakfast substantial. Room very comfortable.
