My family and I appreciate the cleanliness of the hotel and the enthusiasm of the staff here. The location of the hotel is also ideal, in the heart of Chiang Mai and a few steps from the Sunday night market. Only a minor inconvenience is that hotel wifi is weak and difficult to connect. But in short, I was very pleased.

Overall, the rating for this hotel is good except the services by the restaurant staff as we experienced slight discomfort. The waitress on duty was not friendly and we were treated as we were not welcomed by her during our 1st day of breakfast.
