This hotel is centrally located, that’s the only plus. It’s very small, rooms are very tight. There’s no space in the bathroom, the shower splashes water everywhere. It’s inside a mixed used building. I won’t recommend it. May be good for a solo traveler for a day.

Location is perfect, in the city center in the middle of plaza del sol and plaza de España, you almost don’t need any transportation, good service and attention, I love the hotel, definitely next time I will stay here.

Great location, not the best service. If you get there before 8:00am, you’ll have to wait in the street to check in until they open. Take into consideration that it’s a shared building.

Very convenient location for anyone wanting to see any of the broadway shows! Staff were lovely and check in was easy.

It’s such a beautiful place! Located in the the heart of Madrid “ La Gran Via” walking distance to everything. I will definitely stay there again.

Of the three days I spent there for one whole day there was no water in the premises and so no toilets no showers or means of washing I spent a day looking for another hotel but failed it kind of ruined my trip to the wonderful city of Madrid

Estuvo bien. La ubicacion es excelente y la atencion tambien. Algunas cosas no funcionaban del todo, como ser la puerta del baño y la ducha.

The room was not clean floor was dirty. Not what we expected from the the pictures we saw. The curtains were falling. It was not easy to find. Definitely not worth the stay.

The bed could have been more comfortable.

The stay was great overall, nevertheless this hotel was included in the vip gold hotels by hotels.com and they should have given us a 2 hours late check out and they didnt do it saying that they had no idea….

The Hotel was very well located, in the centre of Madrid on Gran Via. I found the on-line check-in procedures quite confusing, and as a result it took me a while to get into the room. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was lovely. They provide a hard and a soft pillow to choose from, unfortunately I found both of them quite uncomfortable.

Great value for money. Nothing fancy, but more than adequate.

The rooms are pretty nice and well worth the price.

The location of the hotel is good, very clean, staff is very welcome. At same time, the room is very small, fridge not working properly, couldn't store anything even overnight. We twice asked to fix it, but situation remained the same. No coffeemaker in the room. We had to borrow from staff the kettle overnight to make tea.
