The room was very small and the wifi is without password, makes you concern about security. And you can see the aging facility for this hotel. their reception is on 2nd floor but they don't have an operational escalator. But the hotel location is really great and the staff and their hard work to try to please the customer is really excellent. Whatever the hotel lacking, you can tell they really try their best to serve their customers.

Had the best staying experience here. The accommodation is located in the city center of Nagano. Access to the main transportation to go to tourist places is very near. You can keep your luggage during before and after your stay. The staff are very helpful too!

Super strategic location for train and bus access. The room is very comfortable and the facilities are quite complete for traveling needs, especially the 24-hour laundromat. Many choices of restaurants and shopping places, including Don Quijote, around the property. The receptionist service is very friendly, making sure guests understand the terms of the property and the amenities available. The receptionist also helps when guests want to leave the property after checking out, this hospitality experience is very impressive.

Had the best stay in Nagano for our New Year trip. Nagano station was just right in front of the hotel. The room heater was just a little bit off as it was so hot even we just set it to number 1. Overall, we had a great stay.

The room was small and quite old. It is conveniently located opposite the Nagano Station. Easy access to the bathroom is provided and there is an electric massage chair in the room.
