What an excellent place! We’ve driven by over the years, and finally made a trip specifically to stay! Staff put us in a beautiful 4 th floor room facing the gardens and lake, in honour of our 45th anniversary. Beautiful view with towering mountains surrounding the property. The Ghost Town was really well done- a complete walk back in time with buildings filled with period furnishings and antiques. A real testament to the power of one man’s imagination and vision!! This property is an experience that we’ll be happy to repeat in the future! Thank you for making our anniversary so special.

I loved the hotel on the outside but on the inside the truth is not so much, the cleaning is not so good and my room smelled of cigarettes and alcohol and I was accompanied by my 14-month-old baby! The activities outside were great, I do recommend it but maybe to stay is not ideal, just enjoy the activities outside, the restaurant the food was 4/10 honestly I didn't like it Ghost town was amazing!!!

Age and unique setting and construction. Like stepping into a fantasy land. Beautiful setting and our loft room was quant and fun.

Great views. You can also kaki the lake.many things to do loke the ghost town. Indoor pool and hot tub.

Nice place for a stopover.

Room was clean had extra blanket and pillow, parking was good off the main highway, family friendly. Staff were helpful.

The views of the lake were amazing. Rooms were large. Great location if visiting Lake Louise

Staff were all friendly and very helpful. Rooms were clean. Enjoyed touring the property and museum. Dinner in the restaurant was mediocre,but we did have an enjoyable stay.

We had a lovely one night stay. The staff was very kind and friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the view is the kind they put on postcards. The rooms aren’t the height of modernity, but considering the history of the place I think that would have been jarring. Definitely a fun place to come with kids!

Location of the stay was awesome. Lo over the lake between the valleys and the authenticity.

Loved loved the view the heated indoor pool and hot tub. Likes the snacks at restaurant and nice souvenir shop. Our only hotel spot in 40 yrs.

The whole area is beautiful and well kept. Beds are very comfy and gardens are lovely. Bonus 1/2 price ghost town tickets with stay.
