Cindy is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to the beach and Cindy provides recommendations for restaurants, visits and beach clubs. The breakfast was amazing - something for everyone, including cereal, a variety of fruit, eggs, cooked meats, yoghurt, croissants, pastries, bread, rolls, cucumber, tomatoes, a variety of juices, cheeses, jams and spreads. Breakfast could be arranged earlier if you were planning an early trip. Nothing was too much trouble - print out of train timetables, calling taxis and even calling the ambulance when my partner was taken ill! Cindy's English is very good which was extremely helpful when we needed to communicated with the doctors and the hospital staff. Air conditioning and Wifi were extremely efficient and the rooms were cleaned daily to a very high standard. I would highly recommend this hotel. Cindy and all her staff were just amazing!

The service was fantastic. But the single room was like a hostel room with a tiny uncomfortable bed and linoleum floors. Not at all worth the price.

Checked in. Checked out within 30 seconds. Really very, very basic - in as much as Treblinka was basic. Only for truly brave 'backbackers'. Staff are lovely though so if you are looking for cheap and cheerfull - stay here. If you want fluffy towels and pillows - don't.

Super hôtel à Viareggio ! Hôtesse parfaite totalement bilingue, très gentille et de bons conseils. Situation idéale en front de mer. Chambres très propres et bonne literie. Possibilité de tout faire à pied, je recommande fortement cet hôtel

The service was really incredible and location we found very good despite it was outside the very very city center (10 min walk). The place itself was more beautiful and nice restaurants with delicious food just around the corner

Ottima esperienza. Hotel a pochi metri dal lungomare. Buona Colazione nel rispetto delle norme anticovid. Camera pulita. La proprietaria ti mette subito a tuo agio e fa di tutto per accontentare. Consigliato.

This hotel is in the best location in Viareggio, really beautiful and almost next door to the fantastic five star principe de piemonte. Across the road in the Woods you can hire a bike for a week for next to nothing. There is a wonderful 45 minute bike ride along the coast to the most beautiful village in Tuscany, Pietrasanta. Forte dei marmi the richest place on the planet is closeby too and well worth a visit, even if you can't afford an ice cream cornet there.

Mkt service minded personal, jättebra läge precis vid stranden och parken, helt ok frukost men städningen av rummet var dålig.

Hotellet var ok. Morgenmaden var kedelig bestod rigtig meget af kage. Personalet var søde
