Wonderful experience again! Everything is perfect. Staff are incredible and so welcoming, rooms excellent and centrally located for everything.

Always a very warm welcome at this hotel, we have stayed here many times. It’s particularly lovely at Christmas, it was a shame to see the restaurant empty however, we were going to eat there on a few occasions but it was always empty and there were no serving staff present, kitchen didn’t look like it was open- it lacked atmosphere I just guess it’s low season and not busy enough to warrant opening. This is just something to bear in mind when staying out of season/ December time.

Great place to stay in Palma! Some of the best hospitality I’ve received in a longtime. Staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Carried my luggage for me, parked my car, made dinner reservations. Enjoyed a complimentary glass of wine while I went through my check in. Gorgeous hotel as well with a restaurant on the Michelin guide. If you’re staying in Palma and want experience luxury, stay here!

Amazing customer service from the staff, from check-in to check-out. Hotel is located very conveniently off a quiet square, less than a 10 minute walk from just about anywhere you'd want to go in Palma. Parking garage is very conveniently located just across the square.

After a lot of research, we booked this hotel because of the good reviews. We stayed in a Superior Room and were celebrating our honeymoon. The hotel has been recently refurbished and the lounge areas are great. The staff are brilliant and we really valued all of their recommendations. However the rooms themselves are rather poorly finished and the fixtures / fittings feel cheap rather than luxurious. We were really disappointed with the rooftop pool which is tiny and the whole rooftop was pretty neglected. Overall, the hotel is well located and fine for a short break, but doesn’t provide the luxury we expected for the price and reputation.

Excellent service and a first class Restaurant. Easy walking distance to the cathedral and palace.

Location is great…can walk everywhere

Everything was perfect. The staff was very attentive, especially Hugo, who made our stay even more pleasant. The hotel is beautiful, with every detail well taken care of. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was large and modern. We would definitely stay here again!

Clean room, very friendly stall

The hotel was exceptional. The staff couldn’t have done anymore for us. It was my wife’s 40th and they made her feel like a Queen. Highly recommend this hotel for food, location, staff and quality. It was a super experience and is a 5* hotel. Also, the airport collection is worth the money, makes the start of the holiday so much more relaxing and we got collected in a lovely car.

Beautiful historic property in a good location. Facilities were good & the staff lovely, as was the room. Enjoyed breakfast & dinner at the hotel. Look forward to staying again in the near future.

Stayed here with my family & we had a fantastic experience. The hotel itself if very charming and tasteful. However, what really stood out was how spectacular the staff and service was. From the moment we arrived till the moment we left we never had a less then amazing interaction with the staff. They went as far as insisting on carrying our luggage to the parking garage 5 min away despite telling them it was not necessary. They gave us a 5 start experience in every way. If I’m ever in Palma again I’ll 100% be back.

Love, love, LOVE this amazing boutique hotel! From the moment we walked in, we felt a sense of calm, peace and just overall feeling of joy. Every employee we spoke with during our visit was so nice and helpful, always asking about our day and plans, genuinely interested and kind. The ambiance was just so wonderful, from the sitting rooms near the lobby, to the rooftop terrace and our incredible room. We were lucky enough to get a room with a terrace and it was just lovely! Comfortable bed, quiet room, delicious breakfast and incredible location. Just perfect!

Parking was difficult, but otherwise awesome stay

Fantastic hotel. Our room was large, very quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was great - good choice and quality. The staff were exceptional - friendly and super helpful, making dinner reservations, assisting with car parking (book ahead!), etc. The rooftop terrace and pool are an added bonus. Easy to recommend.
