Tento hotel jsem navštívil po několikáté a jako vždy spokojen. Útulný pokojík, čisto a klid. Personál vstřícný a milý. Rád bych se tam opět vrátil ❤️.

From the moment I stepped in, the atmosphere was mesmerizing, with elegant candelabras casting a warm glow and luxurious carpets adorning the floors. The soaring high ceilings add to the sense of space and opulence. The room was impeccable, featuring a mattress that ensured a blissful night’s sleep and a shower that felt like a spa experience. The service was flawless—attentive, friendly, and professional throughout my stay. Breakfast was a highlight: a delectable spread of fresh and flavorful options that catered to every taste. Conveniently located directly opposite the central train station, the hotel also offers the rare luxury of free and easy parking, making it a perfect choice for travelers. Whether you're here for business or leisure, Hotel Europa is a destination in itself. I can’t wait to return!

V tomto hotelu jsem již byl a je to můj miláček :-) . Hezky vybavený, čisto, pohodlné postele. Obsluha velmi milá a nápomocna. Doporučuji posezení v jejich kavárně. Určitě se vrátím.

Ubytování v hotelu bylo skvělé. Personál velmi milý, přátelský a vstřícný. Pokoje pěkné, útulné a čisté i s ledničkou. Doporučuji příjemné posezení v kavárně. Dobrá káva a skvěle namíchané drinky. Opravdu velmi spokojený :-* .

A lovely hotel in a historic building. The staff was some of the nicest I've encountered in Slovakia. Very convenient location next to the train station and a quick walk to town.

Great place to stay right next to the station. Restaurant shut at 20:00 could not find anywhere else to eat.

The hotel is just next to the train station, but there was no noise at all in the room. Service was excellent, staff at reception as well as in the restaurant was very helpful. Nice breakfast as well.

Excellent location and dedicated staff who managed the very difficult Covid-19 semi-lockdown very well and did their best to provide service and quality with very limited access to hotel amenities. Great staff Nice Location Very Clean and Safe

Mixed feelings. Would not stay again probably. Noisy room and location and the most uncomfortable bed i have ever slept. For me at least!!!

In my humble opinion is one of the best hotels in Poprad. I stayed 2 times in this hotel. Comfortable parking is available in front of the hotel (for free). The rooms are clean, bathrooms are new and provided with basic accessories like cotton buds and cotton disk. There's a restaurant/cafe where you can eat something typical, last order 20.30. Wifi is available for free but needs to be improved. Connection sometimes is too slow. Buffet breakfast is good with many options, salty and sweety. The fare is fair :)

Very friendly staff. Clean rooms. Good food in the in the cafe and the breakfast was wonderful.

The only down side is the area near a central station and 10 minutes from city center, at night I did not feel too safe with a few drunk and homeless people near the hotel. Size of room was great for 3 people, rich breakfast, friendly staff, I would recommend and love to visit again. They should consider maybe spa services/gym.

1. The elevator didn't work (we understand it can happen, but not for 3 nights.) 2. Breakfast is ok but expectations for a 4* hotel is higher, 3. Location is very good but the side facing the train station is noisy .

Great hotel. Great breakfast. They Could only Ads kettles to the room :)
