The hotel entrance was completely littered with garbage we had to step over as they were doing a ‘Spring cleaning’. Quite shocking actually. No glasses or cups in room. Borrowed a kettle - covered in dust and had old used tea bags in it. The hot water in shower takes several minutes to start running - no bathroom fan and windows were covered in black mold. The staff did not clean room during the day. Glasses in the room off of the lobby were very dirty. No bottled water on premises.

We were unable to use the shower due to how disgusting it was. The shower head had thick pieces of mold on each hole that the water would be coming out of. The only good thing about this hotel was the location, but the price was way too high for the quality.

Ideally located in the heart of Old Quebec. Room size was adequate. Hot water would get cold and lose pressure if multiple individuals showered simultaneously. Never saw a single employee during our stay, but fresh towels were provided daily.

After reaching out prior to our visit over New Year’s Eve for tonight I was assured that we would receive one of the brooms as pictured, but on arrival we received a very small outdated room with cobwebs on the ceiling, moulded windows holes in the walls in the bathroom and a shower that you can barely fit in. The location of this hotel is perfect close to everything that is the only reason I am giving it three stars. I did reach out when our arrival received no response.

First time in Quebec, celebrating my Birthday! The staff greeted us and recommended many places to visit. We had a few good laughs with him, a great guy. Everything was clean. The location was perfect. The coffee was good too. Eventhough we were on the 3rd floor, we had a beautiful view from our window. I would come back and stay here again. Thanx Rodrigo🤗

Everything was fantastic, guest services was very knowledgeable and staff is very friendly. Room was very cute, cozy and clean.

Room was clean with all toiletries and towels stocked. Location was amazing but noise from other rooms and traffic were a bit loud.

I stayed it the single person room and it was perfect for what I needed and the price I paid! The mini fridge was a nice surprise and the Keurig maker was great! I think it might be better if the bed was turned the other way as it was super tight trying to get to the bathroom with the limited room and the tv where it is. It also would have been nice to gave a mat for shoes at the door especially in the winter. All in all it was a great stay in a perfect location!

Convenient location and very friendly staff. The room was quite small though and the bathroom vent was very noisy when the light was turned on.

The location was excellent. The staff not so much. Put the “clean our room please” sign on the door when we left at 9 am. We returned after 6pm and it wasn’t done. Also the one day that they came in the room they did not replace our dirty cups with clean. We had to wash ourselves. The front desk is not regularly staffed so you are pretty much on your own. Google becomes your bestie.
