Baragui park is a beautiful walk and close by lots of options shopping and eating wallkable distance

This was our second time here. Last year was great, this year not so much. Overnight front desk guy was very unpleasant. During check in we paid cash and he never offered a receipt, we had to ask for it and he seemed surprised. Never ever smiled. We stayed 5 nights and every time we got back to the hotel he had a mad face on, so much that made us uncomfortable. Day guys were fine and courteous. Management needs to retrain the staff to be more pleasant. Because of just one guy, we may never go back.

Clean rooms, helpful staff, secure parking, delicious breakfast, bonus of complimentary soup at night.

A small business oriented hotel in the heart of Batel, Curitibia. Staff were friendly and helpful and spoke reasonable English ( a rare finding in Brazil) Rooms were clean and not so luxury. Breakfast was just above basic. No gym.

Funcionários são incríveis, Neto e Wellington(acho que era esse nome), foram super solícitos.

O quarto estava impecável, a cama e o chuveiro eram muito bons, a equipe foi solícita e simpática!

Atendimento na recepção de um dos turnos muito grosseiros, café da manhã ruim, não dava pra comer, comemos em padarias, limpeza ruim, inclusive pedi pra trocar de quarto por isso e todos estavam sujos e um deles a TV não funcionava. Ponto positivo foi tamanho do quarto e as camas, mas cama sem proteção, lençol fininho.
