It was easy enough to find the hotel, even in the dark. Check in was quick and pain free. The bed was comfortable, and the sheets were clean, however...The overall condition of the room was ok but it was not clean. Stuff, what looked like dry blood was on the wall near the window. The curtain hanging off. Human and pet hair all over the room and in the bathroom. Floor was dirty. Towels were past their best TV remote control needed incineration, it was that dirty. The fancy shower was black with mould. Everything needed a good deep clean! We arrived late after spending 8 hours on the road, we did not have the energy to complain or change rooms.

Room good, excellent shower. Enjoyed pool. Drinks menu a little misleading. Good dining options nearby. Breakfast available, but we went to Boulangerie Sophie.

As a way to spend the time before your final destination it was as good as expected

A small, friendly hotel, located at a huge shopping and leisure area. Lots of eateries within walking distance. Including 2 buffets. Considering the quality and amenities at the hotel, we were very surprised at the very reasonable price. I will definitely return if we visit that area again.

In an independent shopping area no restaurant facility at weekend's Hotel pool was closed and dirty aircon didn't work wouldn't stay again staff on arrival couldn't help more excellent 👍

Comfortable and very friendly

This was a good little hotel. Very friendly staff and the room was very comfortable with the necessary amenities. It was well located with restaurants nearby.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful fire in reception which we loved sitting by.

Good hotel to stay for a few nights. It's a little far from the Strasbourg Christmas market but you can take a bus from Zone Commerciale Nord (10 mins walk) and go directly to city centre (Les Halles Sébastopol). The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean. Overall it's a good stay. Breakfast was basic, and pool also looked really nice.

The pool was nice, the restaurant was ok and reasonable value. The main let downs were the room not being not cleaned that well, house keepers knocking on the door and coming in at 8:30am, the door not locking properly, keys not working properly, soap dispenser in the bathroom not working, no do not disturb card for the door, no tv channels in any other language despite being only a few km from germany, no drink making facilities in the room and reception gave very little information about hotel facilities and were closed for most of the day. The pool was nice, beds were ok and the restaurant food ok even if there was only 1 choice, for the price this place was ok, and if you are a workman which many of the guests were then its ok, but for being on a leisure trip the lack of attention to detail really lets it down.

We stayed here for 8 days soon after lockdown had ended. Although the restaurant was not open and the breakfast was reduced due to circumstances the staff were always helpful and pleasant. The hotel is well looked after and the room was comfortable and well equipped. I would recommend the hotel for both short and longer stay.

Great little family run hotel for a stop over point. We stayed just one night on our way from Austria to Calais. We had a mechanical problem with our motorbike on the way and the receptionist was most helpful spending about 30 minutes in ringing around all the local motorcycle shops to try and find us some new brake pads. All the hotel public areas and our room were very well cleaned and maintained. There was a welcoming and friendly atmosphere and ambience around the place which for us was a very pleasant aspect to our stay and we used the bar to enjoy some of the closing matches of Wimbeldon during the evening. The Restaurant was closed over the weekend for evening meals so we had a really great meal at a local place just a short walk away 'The Table of Vendenheim' - one of the best meals we had in our 3 weeks of touring Europe. Everything about the hotel exceeded our expectations of a 2 star establishment which was as good or better than any of the many 3 star hotels we have stayed at across Europe. We would recommend this place and definitely stay again on our travels.
