They couldn’t give us the crib neither the hairdryer that said they had available. On our checkin, they didn’t have hand towels and bathroom floor mat. We slept there 3 nights and they didn’t make it available for us.

We arrived at the hotel early and attempted to check in, but the receptionist didn’t seem very willing to assist us. We chose this hotel mainly for the gym, which turned out to be very small and not well-maintained. On the bright side, the room had a very comfortable bed, the breakfast was excellent, and the location is conveniently close to everything

Não havia toalhas ou cobertas em meu quarto. O cofre, a tábua de passar roupas e a descarga do banheiro estavam quebrados. E havia um barulho ensurdecedor de um gerador do próprio hotel que não me permitiram dormir.

When I arrived there, the guy at reception said that I didn’t have reservation. They didn’t change dates and my reservation had been canceled. I showed my reservation and he said that he couldn’t do anything for me because they didn’t have available room

Great place to stay. Close to everything, with a correct breakfast. For sure, I will come back to the Go Inn.

Good location, clean rooms, spacious shower area, very comfortable and big bed, courteous staff. Hotel offers lunch and dinner buffet for about $10. Very convenient if you need it. Nice breakfast included in hotel day price. Hotel has small convenience store with some food, snacks and beverage. Stayed several days and enjoyed my stay. The only two things that bothered me some were: no black tea offered for breakfast (other herbal teas were available) and some people which could have been guests or employees or both, hanging out in front of the hotel where cars are supposed to park dropping off and picking up guests. People were smoking and chatting never really made room for car to park. This happened nearly every night I came back late to the hotel. There was no safety issue. Just a bit uncomfortable and it did not look good for hotel. Other than that, I would certainly stay there again. ; )

Very clean and spacious room. Great room service (our beds were made every day and towels cleaned when required). The breakfast buffet every morning was great!

Very friendly and helpful staff. They didn't speak English very comfortably but they were eager and delighted to help! I would definitely stay again and I would recommend! Very beautiful and quiet location on the top of a hill, walking distance from A large mall.

This is the best price / benefits hotel in belo horizonte. The room is clean, the staff is friendly. The hotel is located in a okay neighborhood: not the best one, neither the worst. It is not far neither close to everything. In the end, we think it is totally worth staying.

Not bad small room

The hotel was OK but they overbooked and sent us to their CONFINS hotel (near to the Belo Horizonte Airport). Lag of information and coordination from the hotel.

The hotel is new but untidy with bits of plaster on the floor and an air conditioning system with a mind of it's own which came on at 2 a/m each morning. I had to request the room was cleaned twice. The staff didn't speak good English which is understandable but they tried to make me pay again even though I had paid via Expedia. This was difficult to overcome due to the language barrier and whilst discussing it we were surrounded by 2 security guards which was disconcerting. We were delayed to the point that we almost missed out flight. Not a pleasant experience! I am disappointed this occurred via an Expedia booking which is a service I have used regularly and never had a problem before anywhere else in the World.

Hotel muito limpo, lençóis branquissimos, quarto com chaleira elétrica para fechar a noite com um cházinho ou cafezinho solúvel que são disponibilizados pelo hotel. Ferro para passar roupas, café da manhã com ótima variedade, inclusive para dietas restritivas. Dá para ir a pé ao Minas Shopping. Adorei e super recomendo.

Hotel muito bom viu , atendimento, café da manhã , conforto do quarto, tudo chique demais.
