Good experience and good staff

Early in the morning of Friday, April 11, 2025, the emergency alarm has been ringing since morning without any explanation as to whether it was an accident or not. I had to walk down 19 floors with fears and found that silly someone had pulled the alarm light. Before walking down, I tried to contact the reception but could not. It was a nightmare experience for my staycation. Finally, I checked out at 7:00 a. M. In the morning.

The room is comfy and spacious, the bathroom is quite clean, the staff's service is good, helpful, and friendly. Our experience here is good, staying here is worth it, and we will be back again on our next trip.

AC was not working well, the temperature is only 25-26 degC and can not go down even when I set up 15 degC

Location was good, short distance from bts. Room soundproof was poor. Can hear people talking outside my room. Rubbish was left outside my room. Need to inform reception to clear. One of the early morning reception call afew times saying my taxi was here but I did not book any and I was deep in sleep.

Perfect location in downtown, clean and modern room, delicious food and hospitality staffs..

The service is good but there is no one to bring the luggage to the room. Luggage must be pulled up by itself

1101 room air conditioner does not cool evening somebody to fix it.
