Breakfast wasn’t great, no bowls for cereal. Even when asked food wasn’t great at all. Clean rooms, nice pool 🏊‍♂️

Great staff clean modern rooms

Booked a suite to host a birthday party and it was a huge success. The staff were friendly at check-in, the pool facilities were very nice (probably one of the nicer ones in the area), and the room was spacious. I would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Fort St. John or for anyone who wants to host a children's party.

Convenient location. Close to food, gas etc. The room was a bit dated and the bathroom appliances were in need of a little attention (no plug for the bath tub, fan didn’t work). Otherwise very comfortable stay

The pool was closed which was a huge inconvenience for my family of six overall I really enjoy booking this hotel when I’m passing through

Only reason I booked this hotel was for the pool and slide for the kids , pool was out of order

The rooms and beds were good and the service was fine. When we booked we were not informed that the pool and hot tub were out of commission and we would have stayed elsewhere had we been informed . I think that is important especially with children .

We only stayed 1 night, but was very comfortable and quiet

On the first night I stayed my gas tank was drilled into and fuel drained and stolen. There’s a tent city behind the parking lot in the bush I did not see. When confronted after the manager told me her would not help with room costs and that parking is at own risk. $1600 for a new fuel tank installed. I recommend finding another place to stay.

Great staff. Noisy neighbors. Sound proof can be improved. Breakfast starts at 7am on weekends, which is not very convenient for people working on weekends.
