If you like to people watch this is the place/area to be. A/C worked good, Bathroom was nice, bed was comfortable. Underground parking was tight, as most are, but very convenient, more so if both elevators are working, otherwise some extra steps are needed. If you can't do stairs at all, might be an issue, both in parking and hotel. I would go back.

Mitigé sur cet hôtel. Un très bon emplacement au cœur de Rennes. Cependant, l’hôtel a essayé de se mettre au goût du jour mais reste bruyant. De plus des travaux extérieurs et intérieurs lors de notre séjour. Le personnel est un peu aux abonnés absents pour une réception 24/24.

So far, great, friendly, efficient check in,& room is compact clean, with very little noise , considering its in the central area.

Chambre propre mais un peu desuette. Pommeau de douche entièrement en silicone,c'est assez surprenant et ça fait très tchip. Literie assez bas de gamme. Petit déjeuner cher avec peu de qualite et diversite de produits. Rapport qualité/prix sur Rennes bien inferieur à d'autres établissements autour. Je n'y retournerai pas.

Very central. Staff lovely . Breakfast not great , flies around fruit. Air con not working in one room . But it’s old building so I’m sure hard to manage.

Établissement pratique pour le déplacement dans le centre. Un petit coup sur les baies serait un plus... Un petit rafraîchissement des chambres au niveau de la déco serait un plus. Sinon, rien à redire.

Week-end en juillet avec une nuit. Prestation de qualité, chambre et SBD très propres. RAS.

Très cher pour les prestations proposées par l’hôtel… très mauvaise insonorisation des chambres on a l’impression d’être chez son voisin… on peut trouver bien mieux à ce prix

Very nice little Hotel and nice room. Front desk Gabrielle was very helpful. Parking is available under the Hotel. Warning......on a Saturday,there is a very large and enjoyable Market....but it is in the Square where the Hotel is...and the Parking ! We came on Saturday...!

We were about to go to bed and accidentally found bedbug full of blood on the pillow. It was close to midnight however we decided to leave and go find another hotel. Please be aware: we requested refund but request was denied.

Hotel is centrally located so busy area, quite noisy but hotel provides earplugs which is great! Staff very friendly; room was ok and clean; the only issue is lack of parking for all vehicles, even for motorcycles, which was not noted on the website!

En accord avec les attendus. Prise en compte de la nécessité d'être au calme. Je recommande. Peut-etre choisir d'autres confitures car peu gouteuses. Très bien par ailleurs.

The hotel is incredibly run down. We were given the family room initially (top floor) but asked to change rooms as there was an awful sewage stench from the bathroom. Then they moved us to a room on the first floor (001) - the doors and walls were very thin and we barely slept due to the noise from the other rooms and outside. The bathroom in this room was awful too, after flushing the toilet there was a terrible smell of sewage from the pipes. Would not recommend staying.
