We had a suit for our 10 year anniversary. We got married here and wasn’t disappointed as although things have changed the room was amazing and so was the breakfast Only criticism was the room where breakfast was done was tired and in need of some tlc

The staff were lovely and the food (dinner and breakfast) was very good however the general standard of the hotel was dated and basic. For the prices we paid we expected a better higher standard. Our room was very hot - there was no air conditioning and no fridge. The carpets was stained. We struggled to open the french doors and when we did it helps a little. We struggled to sleep. We paid nearly £500 for the weekend but felt it did not meet our expectations for that price. Overpriced.

Really nice hotel, staff were really nice and helpful.

We visited for a wedding and it felt like we were stung for the price it was bumped up to. For £200 for a double room we were expecting the best but welcome at reception was lukewarm and no important information was conveyed re check out time or breakfast. The bed was only a double, breakfast was on till 10.30 but by the time we arrived at 10 there were no pastries left and no replacements, most tables covered in uncleared dishes. Cleanliness was good and the pool was nice to have. Service from cleaning staff and wedding hosts was really friendly and attentive. If you're demanding that cost

Room was boiling and shower cubicle was a tight squeeze. Other than that, a good menu for dinner and nice breakfast.

Everything was good and the lovely view over golf course both from our room and the restaurant is always beautiful! Staff all friendly and obliging not a critism just a suggestion it would be good to give the choice of cappuccino, latte and hot chocolate at breakfast even if an extra charge for this was necessary! To top the stay it had snowed overnight and we were greeted with a delightful scene upon opening our room curtains! 2nd time of staying at Dale Hill and will definitely be returning again !

Food service in the bar & at breakfast was slow. Gym was very small with limited equipment, more than 4 people & it would be full. Staff were polite & helpful, condition of the room & hotel overall very good

Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent food.

Cleaners are rogue and will enter and throw away anything not in your case! Make sure to get a do not disturb sign as they are not on all doors. Manager and reception were good and responded to my complaint appropriately.

Carpet in room and the decor a little tired.

On our arrival the hotel receptionist couldn't do enough to try and help us get a taxi but unfortunately wasn't able to, however I would like to thank her for kindness and concern.

Old style room, no access to restaurant due to being fully booked? Other option average.
