I'm so glad I chose the Expo Hotel Milan. Most important to mention is how great the staff is. They are all exceptionally kind and try to do everything they can to help you. The room was extremely clean and nicely decorated. Their breakfast was great (delicious scrambled and hardboiled eggs, different cooked meats, yogurts, and assorted breads and pastries). The hotel itself is in a smaller industrial town outside of Milan, so the view isn't beautiful, but that's also why it's so quiet. It is a 45 minute car ride to the center of Milan, and a 25 minute drive to MXP airport. I would definitely stay there again and have already recommended it to friends.

lovely hotel excellent breakfast and quite location

This hotel started indoor cleaning in the early morning. I have asked many times not to do the indoor cleaning in the morning, but I still knocked on the door early in the morning to wake me up. And it was extremely rude, not only woke me up in the morning, but also harassed me by opening the door with the key. These staff members are full of swear words and shameless hooligans. I checked out early and asked for a full refund. In addition, the non-alcoholic beverages in the refrigerator in this hotel have to be charged, and there is no charge reminder and price. I drank a few bottles of drinks from the refrigerator in this hotel and was rudely asked to pay 19 euros when I checked out. This is nothing short of extortion.

I though the reception staff were excellent. The restaurant menu was small but a really tasty selection. The spa area is small but presented really nicely.

Stayed recently and no bar or bistro open - closed for the holidays! 15 min walk to small selection of restaurants, if they are open on the day you stay. I also had a ground floor room very close to reception so every time someone came in late the loud check in woke me up. Should have changed rooms, but thought it must stop soon...

New, clean, modern, great staff, welcoming. Would definitely stay again.🙂

2nd stay at this Excellent Business Hotel. It is good value and has friendly staff. Everyone was very helpful, rooms very clean and tidy, but the biggest surprise was the Bistro, which had a limited menu but the quality and service was fantastic. I visit the area often and won't be looking elsewhere.

Excellent rooms but the staff is not that nice, I'm not sure if its a language barrier but at breakfast time, we were directed to go to a group breakfast room instead of the guests breakfast area which have entirely different menu selections.

Expo Hotel Milan is situated in an industrial district, quite far from expo 2015. Front desk staff has not been on its top during our stay. Me and my Gf ordered a standard room double or twin bed, but at the checkin nobody has ever asked whether we want one or the other, so we were given a twin bed room. On the other hand we got only one room key. I felt it was an insult... Free internet connection in room is a scam. We stayed 2 days got connection for 24 ours one device per room... Once one device was ever attached novchange was possible. So my Gf could not use the internet during our stay.

This hotel was nice. clean, and has a very helpful staff. I would highly recommend Expo Hotel. It is located in a quite neighborhood, close to the train station, and 20 minutes from Lake Como/Center.The breakfast was grand and nicely prepared.I will be going back for another visit and stay at Expo Hotel.
