Friendly adaptable staff ensured a very pleasant stay. We also appreciated the free parking available to guests.

Basic but pleasant, friendly staff and secure parking within easy walking distance to San Sebastian.

Welcoming front desk staff. They explained all we needed to know about the hotel and getting around town.

Thos hotel was lovely, clean, room was big, bed was comfortable and we slept good. Staff friendly and explained how to get to town. Will come again

Value hotel about an hour walk from the centre or 8 euros taxi.

No complaints, as to be expected

This it and old property but it is annoying that you have to keep inserting a card inside the room to get electricity in lights and appliances including a/c. Once you left the room they disconnect the A/C without let you know. It’s a rule the property use “to pay less for power services “. You have to ask them to turn on again.

The staff were very pleasant and quite helpful . I loved the close proximity to public transport . I do feel the property needs some general maintenance as it does look a bit tired

No amenities, limited dining, far from the beach, no water or coffee in the room.

Came across this hotel by chance literally drove past turned back and pulled in Very glad we did Great check in very helpful guy gave us local map and advice Room comfortable and nice breakfast Bus stops outside to and from town We walked it both ways about 15 mins Only stayed one night wish we could of stayed longer

The hotel is a bus ride away from the city center, so it’s very convenient when you need free parking in the city. Our bedroom had a roof leak but the room was comfortable.

Great hotel. Could be quieter, and the ventilation (bathroom) needs improvement, but its otherwise a nice place.

Very clean and very comfortable beds. Shower head holder was broken so had to hold it while showering which was difficult. Otherwise a great stay

The hotel was clean, basic, comfortable and well placed for visiting San Sebastián. It took about half an hour to walk into town. The bus service was cheap and efficient.

Comfortable and clean hotel. Free parking is a bonus as San Sebastian doesn't seem to have many parking spaces. Friendly reception and quick check in. Room was clean and comfortable. Never a 1 star hotel. 3 star would be right. Good transport links into the city centre with numerous bus options right outside.

Amazing service!! Staff very nice and helpful all the time. Very approachable and friendly. Room spotles and very comfortable. Really nice breakfast even though it was not included. This hotel is recommendable 100%.

Excellent staff 3rd stay at this Hotel, very good for getting into the centre of San Sebastián by bus or taxi.
