Great location. Very nice room. The Spa has everything you want and is very clean and cozy.

Staff was very friendly, accomodating and helpful. Rooms have been updated considering this is an older hotel. Spa is nice and enjoyable!!! You can walk to restaurants, stores and the main plaza in a few minutes. Area was also safe!!!

It's a lovely hotel in almost every respect. The room was large and light, the breakfast was fresh and tasty and the spa facilities are excellent. Downsides? Road noise can be a little intrusive.

Great location in Villa de Leyva. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was excellent. The rooms were spacious and nice. It would be helpful for the guests if there was some information in the rooms about the spa, which services are offered (and possibly more about the local area).

Don't waste your time and money. The pictures and descriptions are overrated: rooms are old and plain, bathroom very small, spa facilities and services average at best. Worst of all was the service: towels were not replaced, bathroom left dirty, trash left in the room, spa staff literally kicked us out of there after a couple's massage without even allowing a shower ... service and attitude are a total disaster for the most part. Location also very average.

The hotel was at a central location close to the main square (2 blocks away). The staff was friendly and accommodating to our requests. The room was clean and the bathroom was modern abbliet small. Overall would recommend.

It is important to note that this Colonial Hotel in this Colonial Village as much charm. It has many buildings and beautiful courtyards with maintained Gardens. The rooms are larger but don't forget the buildings in this town are over a hundred years old. The place is well maintained. One little thing to note is that there is no hot water in the bathroom sink which seems to bother other people. I had a nice room with a nice balcony. No one mentions that there is a beautiful pool which is heated and a heated jacuzzi Plus a free dry sauna and steam sauna which I used after walking around a whole day. There is a good steak restaurant down the street a block or two but it seems to close before dinner.
