Clean, comfortable no frills stay. The most difficult part was figuring out the codes to access the hostel & then my room. Instruction could have been a little clearer. Overall - great location and would stay again.

Very small room, small bed, dirty bathroom. Had no hot water first two days. Only supplied with one dirty towel. Ac barely worked so if you’re staying in the summer look elsewhere. I had issues with my code getting me into the various three doors every single day. So I’d come back late night and have to contact the supplied number and reset my code. Super frustrating. That said, the price was reasonable and the location was really nice in Madrid.

Fatal se hizo la reserva con anticipación, y al llegar al lugar nos comentan que no hay habitaciones, que nos van a reubicar, para lo que esperamos 2 horas más y únicamente nos dicen que nos harán un rembolso. Nos quedamos sin habitación y ya era las 8 de la noche, para lo que en ese momento nos tocó buscar otro lugar donde quedarnos. Ahora solo esperamos que nos devuelvan el dinero de la reserva, ojalá sea cierto.

The property was not easy to enter. I had to check in online twice first time the mail had no passwords/Pin for access the doors, second mail had but was still confusing despite working for a tech company. It took 1 hour in total to enter and it left me late for my meeting that evening. The room itself had a stained chair, TV that I couldn't work, air con, and a bed almost on the floor. The mattress was terrible, very thin and I woken up with backaches. The room itself had no desk to study and window was very small at the top of the wall with bars. It really felt very 1950 prisonlike. I was glad to checkout. The only good thing was plenty of hot water and 3 towels to wash.

The Linen is dirty seems it has not change for a week, it has (I think a saliva stain), and the bed is not comfortable the middle portion has shrunk, also the shower head has a leak so you can not expect the volume of water to flow properly in your head, WIFI SUCKS the signal is intermittently ON/OFF ON/OFF, lastly the neighborhood has a bar/drinking hub, its so NOISY till the wee hours of the morning!!!

I had a private room with shower and toilet. It's not a high end place and don't expect luxury but it was great value for money. Location is great and the place seemed quiet despite it being the weekend of the Champions League final.

They don’t do cleaning of your room unless you requested, they don’t change the bed sheets or pillows, they’re dusty. If you don’t mind sleeping on a dirty bed. It’s okay but don’t expect much. Location it’s fine

Excellent location, next to cafes, stores and restaurants. Surprisingly quiet. Clean and safe. Nice comfy bed. I like that you’re given your own keys. No hassles. Tight quarters but you get what you pay for. No frills for the moving on traveler who just needs a place to shower, crash and get on. I recommend

I cannot understand how Expedia are allowed to advertise this guest house on a English website when no one at the guest house can speak a word of English. We needed to do a late check in so I called the guest house and no English not one word so I call Expedia get put through to about the fifth person on the phone who finally calls the guest house and what do you know... no English. I asked the lady on the phone to cancel the reservation and refund my money, she said no. So we risked it turned up very late and were let in... communicating with hand gestures. What makes it worse is that the bed in our room is a roll out couch bed with a plastic sheet.... I mean what the hell!? Absolutely no hot water (we tried to complain ... no English) THIS PlACE IS A DUMP

It is difficult for an English speaking guy to communicate with the staff. Overall the service is alright.The window cannot be completely blinded out.

The staffs there were very nice and helpful but they spoke very limited English. The hostel is located in a small, quiet street so it can be quite scary when traveling alone in the nighttime. The bed and pillows in our room were very comforty. The only thing we did not like about our room is that the shower is literally a glass box right next to the bed.

Everything was excellent, very nice location,cable free wifi hot water. Iwould go back and recommend the hostal.
