Le quito tres estrellas, porque llegamos a las 4 pm (Una hora después de iniciar el check in)… y nuestra habitación NO la tenían lista. :( Llegamos desde lejos, cansados, con un niño de 4 años. El niño dijo que tenía hambre, sueño, calor y que estaba cansado. Queríamos ducharnos, comer algo y descansar. Y la habitación no estaba lista a esa hora. Y encima de todo, nos hicieron esperar un largo rato… en lo que disque terminaban de arreglarla. Mi niño comenzó a llorar, pues estaba muy incómodo… quería ducharse, comer y dormir. Y nada de darnos la habitación, hasta casi las 5 pm. La comida del hotel es malísima. No importa lo que se ordene, todo sabe mal. Aunque lo más pasable, es la pizza (Aunque tampoco es buena). El hotel es lindo, tiene buena higiene. La piscina es pequeña. No son dos, como muestran en las fotos. La piscina grande y hermosa que muestran, pertenece a la propiedad del lado (El country club). Y no tenemos acceso a ella. Así que, por no tener la habitación lista a tiempo, por hacernos esperar para tenerla, porque la comida es horrible… y porque nos engañaron con las piscinas… les quito 3 estrellas.

Grate selection of breakfast, large sized quiet room, but no usb sockets available, remember to take your charger with you. Reception staff don’t like smiling, free car park available. Pleasant place to stay, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Hotel was clean and very comfortable, rooms were cleaned to a high standard and spacious. Reception staff were friendly and incredible helpful.

Fabulous Hotel! Extremely clean with the most kind staff members. Room was perfect, especially being able to see the Eiffel Tower from the bed - INCREDIBLE!! Swimming pool extremely clean, felt like our own private pool. Great for younger children as has its own seperate shallow section.Lift was ok, do need to use door card to activate which is a nuisance when it deactivates before check out time. Absolutely would recommend this hotel and would be my 1st choice again when coming to visit Paris.

Quiet location outside of the city. Staff was welcoming and super friendly. Rooms were clean and well maintained.

The hotel looks very good standard, lobby and rest area also looks very nice. Bedroom spacious, shower waterfall was great!!

Our stay was great, the staff were friendly and pool was perfect and not busy at all. Most days we had pool to ourselves! Restaurant not open so there was no bar. Breakfast was really nice and staff were chatty and very helpful. Downsides would be not enough water given in the room and no where to fill up except for poolside bar. Reception suggested filling up using toilet tap!

Disappointing not to be told at the point of booking that the hotel would essentially be operating reduced services through the duration of our stay. With two young children, not ideal to have the restaurant on site closed throughout due to staff being on holiday for the month of august. Being given a list of alternative restaurants at check in does not constitute an appropriate recompense.
