Nice seaview room amd goid breakfast

Room and bathroom was OK. Staff were also helpful. However, our room at the front was simply far far too noisy. Unable to sleep. Residents in neighbouring building kept talking until 2:00 Am and noise travelled straight into our room

Great location right near the beach and added bonus of on site parking. Our room was spacious and clean, and the bed was so comfortable. Bathroom had a walk in shower as well as a tub and toiletries were included. No AC but fans were provided. There was a bit of traffic noise but didn’t bother us too much. Ear plugs are in the room if needed. Recommend staying here for the great location and cosy room.

On Marine Parade with good view of the pier. Helpful staff, single room was small but bathroom and shower good size with plenty of water

Very accommodating. We came in earlier than expected, they upgraded our room to one with a view of the beach. Parking is tight but manageable. Breakfast was delicious, highly recommend!

Right on the beachfront and relatively accessible via the train station. I was there during a major heat wave and fans were provided. Short but great stay.

Single room was quite compact, but comfortable. Breakfast was lovely.

I was able to store my things while I wandered about. The breakfast was top notch. And the Room With A View was right on the water!

Great central location. Parking was a plus. It was a little noisey as it overlooked the front - fantastic view of the sea an pier but a bit noisey

Had an excellent stay... the staff were very friendly, breakfast was lovely and great to have off street parking in brighton. A lovely experience.

Hotel is in great location, conveniently located for the lanes area and beachfront. Room was light airy and spacious and clean. Unfortunately the window view was obscured somewhat which was in need of attention, awaiting contractors to carry out. Recompense was provided to take this into account. Hotel staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Parking available which was very helpful.

Great stay and selection of breakfast options. The staff was courteous and about 10 mins walk to the pier. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely property, beautiful room with large balcony overlooking the sea. Everything was immaculate within the property. The staff were very welcoming. Good choice of options for breakfast. Also very handy to be able to park outside the property.
