Looking good and friendly

The hotel staff is quite friendly but coordination between staff is lacking.

I was just leaving the room when suddenly there was a towel, which means it was very impudent to come in when we were leaving the room.

Someone stole my car spare part, even though the security guard directed me to park it next to the hotel :(, the door battery was also down so I had to go back and forth to the receptionist, the room was also dirty with lots of hair from the previous guest before us stuck to the bed wall :(

The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful, but unfortunately we didn't get a city view even though we booked a city view.

I am not sure how many times I've stayed here so far but it's been tens of times. What I like the most is the room is spacious especially compared to the price it's sold. Enough space of bed, it also has sofa in the room and a coffee table and mini fridge. Maybe the struggle every time I stay is parking spot at night. It cannot accommodate many cars so if you come later at night, you may need to park on side road. And also, there was no bathroom mat a few times I stayed there that I needed to call housekeeping to send one to the room
