So disappointed, was my worst experience ever staying in Mexico City

Clean, well equipped, easy to get to and very conveniently located accommodation. The stay was short but comfortable, the staff was very nice towards us, I would definitely stay here again.

Looks overall nicer online. Super hot and noisy at night.

Nice place to stay

Good things :The security of the door is good, the electrical system is very nice, it feels very comfortable, the temperature of the apartment is very comfortable. Bad: The wall that separates bedroom from living room does not reach the ceiling there is no privacy, one area or the other is used. They cannot be used separately, the noise is very uncomfortable. In addition, it does not have a door between the areas, it is like a single area, it is uncomfortable if there are 2 or 3 people, separate areas cannot be used if someone cannot sleep without a door and with a low wall. The sofa bed is very dirty and it is very hard, very uncomfortable to sleep on. We had a bad experience of receiving only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 3 people 5 days. It's not enough. And there are instructions not to give more.

Had to ask to be let in to parking area and most of the time no one was at front desk so had to wait.

Put extra toilet paper and bags for thrash if they don’t clean daily also chairs for table

The aparthotel offers a room for two people with a sofa bed that is a disaster; everything looks good, but it is not right when you are there.

Confusion at check in, codes didn’t work

We did not have air conditioner and it was really hot. The light configuration was all wack, not even with the help of front desk could we fix it. The place in itself was pretty.

CAPITALIA is always incredibly responsive and offer a wonderful stay.

This place is basically a motel 6. The area is very very loud by traffic you have big rigs driving around the area at all time of the day and you only 40 50 feet fron the trucks. If you are paying around $50 its ok. Driving time to the angel de la inde around 45min.

Consistent but needs maintenance and work from the staff

We ran outta toilet paper , towels are the same for couple days, the ac stopped working and a little sewer smell from the bathroom

Needs improvement, restaurant never opened at the supposed operation hours. TVs are outdated, room lighting is difficult to figure out. Could be a lot cleaner. Very noisy room

only one thing to say about this place... STAY AWAYYY!!!!! I wanted to take the risk of staying at this place even tho for the reviews , because the convenience price and for the location... SERIOUS MISTAKE! When I got to my room, to my surprise, there were many imperfections. The light in the closet did not work, the stove did not work as well, the window that faced the bedroom did not close 100 percent and the kitchen light was ON all the time, which meant that every night I had to remove the key to turn off the light so I could rest, but when I removed it, the entire apartment turned off, which meant that every night if I wanted to go to the bathroom I had to use my cell phone flashlight to see. I reported the situation many times and they just ignored me. Another small detail cleaning service is not included. which seems outrageous to me. So I limited myself to cleaning the room when those services came included in the reservation... the same with the trash if you as a guest not pick it up, they will never do... Towels and toilet paper you have to ask downstairs to get them, if not, you will never have them. Thanks to ENUE the security guy. beyond and above!
