overall i like this hotel and will be top choice if visiting padang. however the wifi was not stable.

I've stayed here many times, and thank God it's been a pleasant stay. We took the low-budget room.

I stayed for a family vacation, and Pangeran Beach Hotel exceeded my expectations. From the quick check-in process, all the staff displayed genuine hospitality. From the receptionist to the restaurant staff, to the housekeeping staff, everyone was smiling and helpful. Five-star service! Our room was very clean, tidy, and spacious. The bed was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. In-room amenities, such as air conditioning, TV, and bathroom amenities, were all in excellent condition.

The location and service of the hotel are fine. The food is okay. However, the cleanliness of the room and bathroom was very disappointing. The room was damp, had an unpleasant odor, there was a lot of hair on the carpet, and the interior was a bit moldy. The bathroom had no hot water, no running water, and the cleanliness was poor. Improvements to the room facilities would make guests happy and want to return. But if that's the case, people will probably reconsider staying there.

A hotel with an old-world feel. The rooms are clean, with Qurans and prayer mats provided. For a business trip or first-time visitor to Padang, it's a great option because everything is available. However, the Wi-Fi didn't work well at times. Breakfast, whether due to the crowds or because many of the items were out of stock, took a while to refill. There's a cafe where you can enjoy a relaxing coffee.
