Bad service, dirty rooms, waiters do not speak English

Bylo to velké zklamání. Plánovali jsme jedno noční pobyt v Harrachově za běhu a při hledání ubytování jsme se rozhodli pro Pytloun wellness hotel pač jsme byli moc spokojeni s hotelem v Liberci. Ale tohle je úplně něco jiného. Na pokoj jsme čekali hodinu a půl a to z důvodu naprostého chaosu na recepci. Ten den nic nefungovalo správně. Každý kdo se chtěl ubytovat procházel zdlouhavým procesem. A navíc recepce je i bar. Takže tam dělají úplně všechno a nemají na nic čas ani místo. Restaurace je takové smutné místo a mimo polopenze dělají jenom pizzu. Zdá se, že většina zaměstnanců jsou studenti ze školy jenž nemají nikoho kdo by je pořádně zaškolil či dohlédl na chod hotelu. Z pokoje slyšíte hosty ve vedlejších pokojích. Hotel je stále ve stavu rekonstrukce. Snídaně nebyla úplně špatná.

The hotel is badly run. People there have no idea how to manage staff or handle difficult situations. We have paid for a stay in a reportedly prestigous 4* hotel. When we arrived there was no internet, on the next day there was no electricity, then on the third day elevators broke and we had to carry everything from 7th floor to the ground floor. And then the day before we were leaving there was no water so we could not take a shower after a long day of skiing, or make a coffee. Throughout our stay and all these situations the management did nothing to comfort its guests. No compensation was offered, no help with at least getting a hot coffee or tea when there was no water. Very poor customer service all the way.

Great place, good breakfast and attentive staff!! Plus we had a beautiful view of the mountains from our unexpected balcony!!

I LOVED THE SERVICE! I ALSO ENJOYED THE BREAKFAST, VERY COMPLETE! I WOULD SAY, UNIQUE!. THE HOTEL IS CLOSE TO THE SLOPES, WITH PARKING LOT.

Service at high level, a very good breakfast as usually in Pytloun hotels. A new and modern furniture in the room, working wifi.

The front desk was great and provided perfect service. Our room itself was really nice and recently remodeled. However, if you are going for a true spa and wellness experience this is definitely not the hotel for you. Even though it's supposed to be a non-smoking room the floors below us were smoking constantly out on their balconies and all of the smoke drifted up into our room and was worse than for you try to open the windows to clear it out it at all. We had a great view but couldn't even go out on our balcony because the floors below allowed smoking.

Während der Winterferien besuchten wir das Hotel Anfang Februar. Die Lage ist super, denn es liegt direkt am Skigebiet. Das Personal ist sehr nett. Leider sind die Wände der Zimmer sehr dünn und Geräusche auf dem Flur und aus den Nachbarzimmern deutlich zu hören. Für Paare würde ich das Hotel nur außerhalb der Ferien empfehlen. Die Halbpension war gut gewählt und ersparte uns die Suche nach anderen Lokalen. Genossen haben wir die Sauna. Der Pool ist eher schmal und überschaubar Pool.

Sehr schönes Hotel, super nettes Personal. Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber für den Preis völlig ok. Sehr gute Pizza direkt im Hotel, mir wurde mein Lieblingscocktail gemixt obwohl er nicht auf der Karte stand. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder

Sehr gut war das Frühstück und die Umgebung Zimmer mit Balkon war gut,bis auf die Toilette die war sehr klein und eng, ein paar kräftige Menschen haben dadrin Probleme Es gibt einige Minuspunkte Personal war freundlich,konnte aber kein Deutsch Montag Anreise,Heizung war kalt; Es waren Außentemperatur 5grad Es musste Kaution bezahlt werden im Hotel bei Check in Hab ich auch noch nie gehabt Sauna musste nach 30min bezahlt werden Check out gab es keine Rechnung,sollte online kommen Sitzmöbel in der Lobby waren dreckig und fleckig Im Großen und Ganzen war der Urlaub nicht zufrieden stellend

The breakfast is great. The staff is helpful. The location is very good. Unfortunately they are not so good at cleaning the rooms.

To long check in The bar was a little boring, sold out of some drinks. The only positive was the breakfast. And there was a lot of problems with the locker too the room, it didn’t work.

Fantastisches Prei-/Leistungsverhältnis! Zimmer modern und sauber, aber etwas eng. Freundlicher, toller Service und ein ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbuffet, das keine Wünsche offen lässt!

We Used this hotel for one night. 2 adults and 2 children. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment, but got a single room with 2 beds. They didnt have anything Else. The pool/spa was closed. And restaurant at night a terrible visit. A 3 course menu came all within 30 minuts, didnt even finish starters before main came on, same with desserts. The Girl at the reception was Very friendly and breakfast great. But overall not What we expected by a 4* hotel.

Wspaniały hotel, nowoczesny ale utrzymany w górskim klimacie tuż przy stoku. Świetna obsługa, mili i pomocni ludzie sprawili że pobyt był bardzo udany - pełen relaks i komfort. Serdecznie polecam - Grupa znajomych ze Szczecina
