When we arrive, receptionist charged us 5 Euro city tax insted of 2 Euro which was written on the reservation. Additionally, administrator wanted to charge extra fees for the child, and after discussion and scrutinizing our reservation the fees was cancelled.Toilet button dropped off once being pressed. All towels degraded. Notebook charger stolen by the room service, when we checked out.

As a female lone traveller i tried to contact Lido Star, Plus Hotels and Expedia regarding the appauling recent trip advisor reviews of this hotel. Make sure you check dates of reviews in 2020 it seemed fine. In 2024 people are sent to other hotels, there were pics of blood on the sheets etc. As i was arriving in the dark , called and emailed for reassurance - no response. What would you do as i had already paid. Nobody cares, not Expedia, not the Lido Star, not Plus Hotels the parent company. I wasted my free ( hotels.com night ) on a stay i didnt have. AVOID i also consider my first booking with Expedia to be 0/10

This is a real gem of a hotel. We stayed two weeks and had a fantastic time. The hotel is right on a lovely gentle beach with beautiful views across to Turkey. The hotel is comfortable and small . The lady at reception is a lovely person willing to go out of her way to help you. The cleaning ladies who work extremely hard keep the rooms spotless. The highlight of the hotel for me was the Taverna restaurant on the beach connected to the hotel. Michael and his staff produced some wonderful Meals and treated us extremely well. You can rent sun beds and umbrellas in front of the hotel and the beach crew are lovely friendly people. A fantastic holiday in a fantastic location with lovely friendly people . We will be returning in October.

The hotel is located at the beach, it has its own sunbeds. The restaurant and the bar are located at the beach. The view is beautiful from there. The room is ok, the air condition was a bit loud but could be fixed with a few napkins. Our room was on the first floor on the right side, the view was not that good from there because of the trees. The balcony was too big for two-person, almost the same size as the whole room. The staff was very helpful and nice. Breakfast was tasty and a lot, and a bit changed after every 2nd day.

Lovely hotel right on the beach Bedrooms nicely renovated but bathroom small Fridge in room but no other amenities ie Kettle toiletries or even a glass Staff were lovely very friendly and helpful

The hotel was very modern and we had a great sea view from our balcony. The staff were very kind and helpful and always had a smile on their face. The hotel has excellent food and the location is right on the beach. The only problem was that the mattress was very had and therefore we had a bad sleep every night.

Family business, Hotel on a fantastic bay with a wanderful taverna on the ground floor in front of the sea. Great chef and great food. What more can one desire for a relaxing time. There is a little port near by ( 100 meters) with boat trips to different locations, fishing trips, ferry to Rhodes.....

Its a lovely place to stay near the beach with nice people. The only problem is the room cleaning and the towels changing

If you want an all inclusive mega galactic banal complex with 15 swimming pools this is not for you. If you want a cosy hotel with a wonderful restaurant serving real Greek food with a great chef at a reasonable price , with a lovely beach and sun beds just in front of your hotel, in a little bay from which ferries depart towards all the sites and beaches of this great island then this is your place. We will definitely go back

Great location. Not as clean as some places and they do not replace towels and linens everyday. Super convenient to get downtown. Short drive to Old Town and beautiful resort style beaches. Taxi center to get you there is only 10 minutes away. BEWARE THE TEN EURO COST OF BEACH CHAIRS.

Fantastisk utsikt mot havet :-) Frukosten var bra. Svårt att få tag i personal vid receptionen stundtals, fanns inget sätt att påtala att man väntade.

Één woord perfect voor mensen die graag zwemmen en een terrasje doen en op wandel afstand van het centrum van faliraki 100 meter +vele goede restaurants in de nabijheid grtj gino.natalia

das zimmer ist sehr schön und sauber. Das einzige was schade ist habe jeden tag ein zettel gschrieben das man das bett nicht machen soll, da blieben die gläser auch stehen obwohl sie nach dem 2 tag beide schmutzig waren.

The staff was very friendly. Delicious breakfast in the morning with a fantastic view. The hotel room had a fantastic view and was perfectly adequate.

Trevligt hotell vid den lilla hamnen i Faleraki , vårt rum mot havet hade fantastisk utsikt över havet och den lilla hamnen . Frukosten var helt ok Kan rekommendera hotellet för ett par .

Ottima posizione vicino al porticciolo e al centro di Faliraki dove ci sono locali molto carini e discoteche . Appena fuori l' hotel c'è un negozietto molto fornito che vende dall' alimentare a cose per il mare. L' albergo è carino e la colazione abbastanza varia servita sulla terrazza con vista mare, e questo è sicuramente il punto di forza. La sera si può cenare sempre lì, ristorante molto elegante , a mio parare un po' caro , ma di qualità e personale molto cordiale e competente . Anche sullo staff dell' albergo nulla da dire , unico neo la pulizia delle camere inesistente. Praticamente ti rifanno solo il letto senza pulire la stanza. Un peccato perché le camere sono carine e moderne. La posizione è strategica perché si è vicini all' areoporto, mezz'ora da Rodi vecchia e non lontano dalle spiaggie più belle di Rodi. Nel complesso lo consiglierei ma richiedendo ogni giorno una pulizia accurata della stanza.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Zimmer sind modern und das Badezimmer groß genug. Mir hat nur ein Kleiderschrank gefehlt. das Frühstück , auf der Terrasse, mit Meerblick war super. Immer wieder

O atendimento foi terrível no checkin, não pediu meu passaporte, só falava “9 euros, taxa de turismo “, a chave era terrível, só deu uma e tinha que deixar na recepção quando saía, achei que era para a arrumação, quando cheguei no domingo o quarto não estava arrumado, fui perguntar e fui informado que não havia arrumação no domingo, nunca tinha visto isso, a localização é excelente e tem uma bela varanda nos quartos do primeiro piso, o bar no térreo também é muito agradável
