Still a favorite hotel when going to Denpasar.

The room looked like it had never been occupied or cleaned, so there were lots of cobwebs. The bathroom mirror was really ugly. Furthermore, the water jet in the toilet was very small.

The room was nice, but there was a leak in the bathroom, making the ceiling a bit damp. The staff was friendly, and we checked in late in the afternoon. It's likely a trainee handling the room, so he was confused.

The place is comfortable, perfect for watching the sunset.

Comfortable mattress, less than ideal cleanliness. Tight spaces and corners need more cleaning.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean, and the surrounding area is also clean.

Comfortable, cool, and all the amenities in the room functioned well. The hotel doesn't have a swimming pool, guys. There is one, but it doesn't seem suitable for swimming. There is a hairdryer in the room, and complete amenities. Hotel slippers are not provided in the room, but you can ask the staff. The downside is that there is no telephone in the room, so if you need something, it's a hassle to go back and forth to the reception.

They forgot to prepare the towels, and I got them the following day instead. Everything else was totally worth it 🙏

Affordable & perfect for vacation in Bali, specifically in Jimbaran

The front office staff were helpful and friendly, but the female staff were less so the next day. I stayed here for 2 nights, the place was very quiet, the room was soundproof, but the AC was a bit off, the first day the remote couldn't be adjusted, the second day it suddenly turned off by itself. I reported on WhatsApp that I didn't wait long, but I happened to go down to drop off a friend, and when I came back to my room, there were already 3 engineers, probably with staff. In my opinion, it would have been better to wait for me to go up first before the engineer and staff entered. Likewise, when I went out, it turned out that a staff member had come in or what, I don't know because I noticed from the curtains that were initially closed and then opened a little even though I didn't ask for the room to be cleaned. That's all. In terms of cleanliness, it's quite good for that price and their WhatsApp is fast to respond if you have any complaints, just chat directly.

The hotel has a strategic location, making it easy to access nearby tourist attractions and local culinary spots. It offers a fairly comfortable stay with a reasonable level of cleanliness. However, the parking space for cars is limited, which can be inconvenient. The breakfast provided is quite standard and could be improved.

Very close to the airport, the room is quite clean, but the room lights are not bright, so it is intended for those who want to rest, can't work in the room.
