La habitación estaba llena de polvo, baño sucio con mal aspecto todo muy viejo el aire acondicionado parecía tractor con un ruido muy fuerte no deja descansar, la tv manchada la pantalla no servía el control de la tv Toallas con manchas oscuras, sabana muy desgastada igual las almohada y la colcha con manchas de cloro , y la alberca muy sucia y los botes llenos de basura en el área de la alberca y sucio el área.. la verdad no volvería.. 😔 las chicas de recepción muy antipáticas.

No refunds, paid upfront for 6 nights and only stayed 5 because of plane ticket issue, but they would not refund or partially refund the unused day. Overall good, except for that.

While i was taking a shower I found out that there was no towels, called front desk and they said that there was no one to bring them to the room so if I needed them i had to come to the lobby and get them my self. Carpets in whole hotel are old, stained, dirty and smelly.

Great service. The only thing I will like to have a mini refrigerator at the room.

The staff needs improvement! They don’t offer the local inside knowledge about the city; I felt they were not willing to provide recommendations or their opinion about certain amenities of Juárez

Excellent will come to the hotel. We’ll find breakfast is very handmade style from Mexico. They come and clean your room every day. Staff is very professional..

The place was amazing easy to travel to the NVC office and other places in the area in the breakfast is very homestyle

The access key card wasn’t working right after scanning on the door knob. It had to be scanned constantly to make it work. The breakfast was awful, the eggs smelled like rotten with a strange taste, the coffee had grounds and tasteless.

Fernando and his staff were very attentive. Fernando was able to help us with answers for the US Consulate. Made our stay pleasant. I am coming back and will surely stay at this hotel again.

This hotel is one of the worst hotels I’m staying Icall them before arrive, and I asked them if the pool was working they say yeah it’s open until 10 pm, when I get there, the pool was out of services.. and every day they said they’re gonna fix it and they never fix it.. and also the rooms are very dirty and it was no water on the showers..

Las personas que están en recepción atienden de mal gusto, la alberca esta muy sucia , es peligroso para la salud meterse a esa alberca, las toallas están muy percudidas y rapan cuando uno las usan y además no las cambian por toallas limpias y el resumidero de la regadera se encontraba medio tapado y no se hiba el agua.

Las almohadas estaban con manchas extrañas, tuve que reportarlo y vinieron a cambiarlas y estaban igual, decidí no usarlas, la ducha tuvo una fuga de agua todo el tiempo de mi estancia, el inodoro no tenía agua, no me fue posible ocupar el baño, la tv no tenía señal, la habitación no estaba muy limpia
