It's ok, the location is near the center, there are lots of food sellers

It's near Nu Sentral and breakfast from ABC Bistro Cafe is good, it's also near Nasi Kandar stall. Overall, I have a good experience. The family room for 3 people is also quite spacious.

receptionist at certain times not always in the reception desk, and as tourist not everyone have local number or internet to call him to process the check in

The environment outside is very crowded so it's easy to find food.

The room is clean. The location is very strategic. The bathroom also works fine. The only problem was I got a room above the restaurant. So when they cook/fry/grill something below, the oily smell and fog passed through the window and made the room smelly and oily even with the window closed. Apparently the window didn’t shut properly. So I have to stuffed it with towel and shades.

The staff is not very friendly and not very professional. I have asked them to upgrade my room card so that I can enter, but when I went out and came back in, the room door wouldn't open. I was tired from outside and my child wanted to go to the toilet quickly. I have paid a deposit + tax but there is no receipt so I am not considered to have paid.

Hotel budget with strategic location as like restaurant, laundry, monorail, MRT, LRT, KTM, dll.

They were upgrade my room to a big bed and big room and quite. Slept well. Alhamdulillah

Security is lacking, my iPhone charger is lost, my friend's charger adapter uses the cable 😒 Even though before we left for our morning activities, I made sure everything was on the table next to the bed.

Very comfortable, you won't be disappointed if you take a room near here.

hotel near Nu sentral and KL sentral. deposit only RM 20. can check out at 3 am. near bus terminal to KLIA airport. Hotel does not provide toothbrush. hotel room is not soundproof. people passing by can be heard in the room.
