Friendly hotel staff, easy to access location, good facilities.

I stayed overnight and it was incredibly noisy, with people working. It was uncomfortable to rest, and there was no confirmation from the hotel. Secondly, the hotel staff gave me the wrong Wi-Fi password, even though they confirmed the password had been changed. No wonder it wouldn't connect, and I ended up having to call the hotel operator.

The hotel's location is very strategic, with numerous culinary options nearby, and easy access to Garut city. Recommended for both holidays and business trips.

My family and I's favorite hotel when we go to Garut, we always stay at this hotel, the price is affordable, close to the city of Garut and the hotel atmosphere is comfortable, the breakfast food is also delicious.

The location is close to the city, right in front of Bumi UPI. Rooms face the pool, making it convenient to watch the kids swim and a comfortable place to relax.

Comfortable, clean, easy access, continuously improving quality

Friendly service, and clean rooms.. Kidz friendly.. The hotel really pays attention to guest requests regarding what kind of room they want, for example, I asked for a connecting room to be prepared immediately.. Priority even though it's high season, it's hard to choose a room.. And this year, the fun thing is that we got souvenirs.

The staff is friendly, the hotel is clean, but they are not very quick in collecting dirty plates at breakfast, everything else is ok... The food tastes quite good too.

Friendly and polite staff, great service

Every time I go to Garut I always stay here, apart from being comfortable, the breakfast is delicious, although there isn't much variety.

The location is easily accessible and parking is easy. The service is friendly and the rooms are clean. Amenities are quite complete, and most importantly, the water gallons provided make it easy to get drinking water. There's a children's playground next to the reception, and there's a small swimming pool that I haven't tried yet.

Our annual family vacation here was truly memorable. The hotel was comfortable, the air was cool, the food was delicious, and the staff were very helpful. There are also many restaurants and entertainment venues around the hotel. Thanks, FAVE Garut.
