Very nice overall, conveniently located, close to a main mall and walking distance to playa mansa and other interesting places. Hotel is beautiful and very clean. Bathroom needs some updates. Bed were comfortable. Staff always kind and helpful.

This hotel is very recommendable. Staff is very friendly and the location is superb. The hotel has a lot of services, beautiful green spaces outside with a great pool.

La limpieza y tranquilidad del hotel es lo mejor! Las habitaciones super cómodas y el personal un 10. La ubicación también es excelente. El único problemas que tuvimos es que dos días tuvimos que dejar el auto afuera porque el estacionamiento estaba lleno. Lo recomiendo 100%!

It was slightly far from the Marina but they did well in making sure there was alrernative transport.

Nice property, clean and quiet. The room is large, bed very confortable, well illuminated. The shower curtain in the bathroom is not ideal. There are better solutions but overall the bathroom is fine. The only criticism would be the time the breakfast starts. The first serving is at 8 am, very late for a hotel

Very good stay as usual

Hotel is an upper level accommodation and considering the15 months pandemic hitting the region it has been kept quite up to date. Not withstanding, the building itself is in need of maintenance. our bathroom door did not close, the lighting in the room did not work correctly, shower in bathroom clogged. kettle 8n room did not work and we asked to have it replaced. The tiles on the roof and falling off and also need repairs. The gardens are impecable, so was the breakfast service and the hotel customer service in general from housekeeping to reception. All were wonderful. Building need to be kept up. It is understandable that withe constraints of the pandemic cash flow for maintenance must not be easy, but in future this need to be attended

This was the first time me and my husband went for a vacation as a couple after having 2 kids. This hotel made our first couple’s gate away even more enjoyable and memorable. The stuff are friendly, the hotel is very clean and I should add beautifully maintained.
