Mala atencion

Ubicación ideal. Cerca de Plaza de Mayo, Cabildo, Catedral, Casa Rosada.

Tienen muy mal servicio al cliente en recepción. Principalmente dos individuos que trabajaron ayer Domingo en la mañana. Mayo 17 pésima actitud, una arrogancia descomunal. En el hotel en general está bien lo único negativo que lo mata es los malos elementos que tienen en recepción.

Relación precio calidad excelente, ubicación buena.

Breakfast is adequate. The location is ideal for exploring the area and getting around using the different subway lines.

El desayuno básico pero cumple con los requerimientos de un desayuno El personal muy amable, siempre listo a ayudar.

Close to everything. Nice area and very good beds.

AC ion room has a high pitched whine that was intolerable (to me)

Stayed 2 nights. Room wasn't ready when we got there but they offered us complimentary coffee while we waited. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. They also held our luggage for us when we checked out so we could enjoy more of the city before our flight. Breakfast in the morning was simple, but fresh and good. Great value stay

We stayed 5 nights as a couple, room was very clean, bed and pillows very comfortable, air condition was working fine.Would prefer if the room had a mini fridge. Also air vent in the room and the entire building was a little noisy at night. Washroom really good, shower too. Room was attended from cleaning staff only 2 days, the next 3 they did not come

Mérit San Telmo is a beautiful hotel in a great position in BA. It is very close to all the central amenities. The room was spacious and very clean and the staff were helpful. Breakfast was good. I think this hotel is under rated.

No water the last 24 hours so not possible to get a shower…. Too busy in the breakfast area, and too few people to tidy tables …. The key cards did not work several times

Good service

Clean room, great facilities and good service with friendly staff. Location was also a highlight, with easy acess to key tourist venues.

Property needs to be remodeled. Everything inside is outdated or is falling apart
