Easily tell the room isn't clean, left over food on the floor, stains on the wall in the bathroom. No shower gel in the room, asked the front desk to put some in there in the mornings, still didn’t do it, had to go ask again

Staff didnt listen to my request to leave a card for the fellow worker i was travelling with. Instead, they called and woke up at 2am, mumbled something, and hung up on me. Then sent my coworker away packing as they couldnt get him another room. confronted , they didnt

Staff very friendly, helpful and courteous. Clean rooms. Only negative all the emails for online checking and checkout. Not interested as not easy to negotiate or something I want to spend my time on.

Room was clean and comfy for the cost. Quiet hotel and was grateful for that.

Comfortable stay. Staff was friendly. Flooring in room had been updated. Beds were comfortable. Room had a fridge, microwave, and single cup coffee maker. Breakfast was a little smaller that some hotel chains offer, but had everything that a person needs to start the day including hot breakfast options such as scrambled eggs, sausages, & hashbrowns.

Fridge didn’t work

Pros: it was available, plenty of hot water and good pressure in the shower. Staff was friendly and helpful when we had issues with the hot tub (since maintenance had gone home for the day). Cons: side emergency exit was locked from the inside at night (thankfully we were on the first floor in case there’d been an emergency), fireplace was not working, only basic tv channels - no cable, slow WiFi. Outdated property that has definitely seen better days. Summary: if you’re just looking for a bed and shower, get the standard room. If you’re looking for better quality, try somewhere else - maybe the Best Western.
