Stayed here because it was close to Disney and the hotel was relatively affordable compared to Disney hotels or nearby. The eco room size is quite small and the bathroom is very cramped. For that price, the room is lacking. There is a shuttle bus to Disneyland and Maihama Station. It's only a 10-minute walk to Disneysea. The downside is that there is nothing around the hotel, so it's hard to find food.

We (2 adults and 2 kiddos) stayed at mystays maihama on March 11-13. The hotel is very close to the DisneySea (7 min walk). And they also provide a free shuttle bus from 8.10 to Disneyland, Maihama Station, and Disneyland. Before I flew to Japan, I emailed them about my plan to send my luggage from the airport to their place, and their place to the next destination. They were very helpful and emailed very clearly before my departure, so my plan was very well prepared. So I can stroll the town without less hassle. Staffs are very helpful, friendly, and communicative. The location is very great to Disneyland, DisneySea, and the Lawson is just a 5-minute walk. The most wonderful service is the foot massage machine in the room, which is a blessing after you walked for 12,000 steps. They have an ice machine, free coffee, and a shared microwave. They also provide a sleep suit for you. The minus is only no laundry service in that area. The price is very competitive if you want to compare it to the other resort partners. If you were extremely tired, the taxi fares from Disney Resort to here cost you less than 1000 yen. I am personally going to come back again in the future. The hotel room size is small (like most Japanese hotel rooms) but cozy and decently equipped. It has a hotel shuttle bus to Disneyland (check with counter) while it is only 7 minutes walk from Disneysea. Some staff can speak English, so communication is not an issue. Do note that my experience is pretty limited because I spent the whole day at Disney and only came back to shower and sleep. Will come back if I am ever going Disney again.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, although a bit small but okay. There is a foot massager in the room & very useful. The distance to Disneysea Resort is also close to 10 minutes walk.

Clean, but room so small, reception is good service, there is a shuttle Bus for Disneyland, Disneysea and Maihama Station, but no pick up passenger (just delivered).

The hotel is comfortable, clean, complete amenities, close to Tokyo Disney resort, there are massage chairs in each room. There is a free shuttle bus to Disney Resort (Maihama Station). There's just no rice on the breakfast menu, which is satisfying. Will return to this hotel again.

The hotel room was small, the staffs were not friendly, the breakfast menu was very limited. the only good thing about the hotel was the massage machine in the room and it was only a short 10 min walk from Disneysea

this hotel is very near to disneysea. we could reach TDS within 10 minutes walk, so we could get the FP for toy story! and the foot massager is simply best :) also, we enjoy the free coffee :)

When I entered the room 608, it looks clean but how surprise when I saw under the chair so many peanut around there, so I called a man on duty, he looked it and say sorry about that and promised will cleaned up tomorrow morning cause that Day already late nite, so tomorrow after from Disney sea. I back to hotel and not clean up yet, I call back and a girl on duty said that no cleaning service. She cant speak English so we can make conversation again.

Our flight arrived at 01.00am, we need to have a shelter for us to waiting until morning, but they didn’t allow us to stay at their lobby. So pity. We are only three female must walking in the dangerous enviroment. So scary. Thanks God ... after walking 10 - 15 minutes, we are able to find a convenience store. We waited there until 6 am. So strict with their rules... this tragedy maybe can make them more flexible. Safety more important than rules.

The location is close to Sydney, a 7-minute walk. Spacious room. Very recommended. To disneyland there is a shuttle bus shuttle.

The right choice and budget friendly hotel for those who want to spend time at Disneyland or Disneysea. The location closer to Disneysea is about 8 minutes walk and the same time to walk to the Ikspiari shopping and food center. In the room there is a foot massage machine that is very helpful after a tired day playing at Disneyland / sea.

Clean room, not too far from Disney resort, no convinience shop nearby, but there’s shuttle bus to maihama station in the morning.

Near with Disneyland and Disney sea, just walk for 7 minutes, near maihama station. Enough room size for family, have foot massage machine in each room, nice hotel.

If there are plans to go to Disneyland, this hotel is really recommended, there is a bus drop to JR Maihama Station, just walk to Disneyland. If you want to Disneysea + \ - 700 m walk. There is a free coffee machine in the lobby and there is a foot massage machine in the room. Recommended for families or groups of 4 people.
