Reception staff very and extremely helpful specially shout out to Yumine. She helped me a-lot for the luggage delivery assistance to osaka. Also the other reception staff who send my luggages to the room during check in.. thank you.. because My flight arrived morning and we arrived at the hotel around 8am. Room is clean. Quite small space, but managed to open two big luggage inside the rooms. All the things that we needed is all in the room. Small space but very efficient. Very recommend hotel for your stay! Plus near everything drug store, supermarket, kombini, cafe, restaurant, muji, uniqlo everything you need is walk distance. Thank you for the nice service and facilities offered

Staff were friendly, helpful, clean room. Out of those good and excellent things this hotel has. It seems our request seems to be unread as they did not even mentioned when we checked in. Other than that all got 10 thumbs up if I have 10 thumbs.

Rooms are neat, clean, complete amenities, affordable prices. Close to gotanda station. Free skin care routine that can be taken near the receptionist. Quite close to the Indonesian Embassy.

The room and bathroom are so clean even though it’s small but functional. Its located not far from Goranda Station yet surrounded by restaurants which my friend and I are enjoying exploring as many restaurants as we can.

Okay, there are also many shops selling food in the area.
