Everything was great!

Not Worth the Price – Style Over Comfort at U&Me We stayed 18 nights in a “Superior” room for $2200. The view was great, but nearly everything else disappointed. The first room was tiny with a dangerous bathtub. We were luckily moved to a corner room that had just enough space for standing suitcases—no dressers, no closets, no surfaces. The shower flooded the floor daily. Lighting was dim and confusing. Windows didn't open, and with no air conditioning, the room got hot unless we kept curtains completely closed all day. The room was dusty throughout our stay—my nightstand was never wiped, and the floor under furniture was filthy. Sheets were hard to get changed (even completely ignored when we actually removed them ourselves), and we found stains on both the pillows and the comforters. The mattress was uncomfortable, and the bed topper was thin and cheap. The mattress itself had visible liquid stains. Details like plastic toilet flushers and flimsy lamps felt more hostel than hotel. Garage access was confusing, elevator logistics frustrating, and we weren’t informed when the parking code changed. Loud music from nearby events until 3am cost us sleep—yet the hotel had the audacity to raise the nightly price exactly during that time. Bottom line: this is a wanna-be flashy hotel likely designed for short-term visitors who care more about Instagram aesthetics than livability. If you’re staying longer than a weekend, think twice.

The central locations

the phone in the makeshift reception doesn’t connect to staff…once connected from mobile phone, you could barely get answers from them!

We were on a road trip around Sweden. Check in was quick and easy with parking within the building which was very handy. Our room was very nice with a city and river view. The decor of the room was quite modern with a few different features to lots of hotels. The bed was very comfortable with a nice bathroom. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice so no complaints.

The location was good. I had several options for dinner.

Frukosten underbar. Lokala o goda råvaror. Lite stök med parkering på kajen. Lite oklart med skyltningen innan vi kom på hur det fungerade. Lite svårt att få plats att fälla upp resväskan i rummet. Ingen bra yta för det. Mycket fin personal!

Jättefin frukost, mysigt hotell med fräscht rum och toppenläge. Trevlig personal. Bra pris. Möjlighet att handla lokala produkter, verkligen ett plus. Hade dock velat haft en hänvisning vid kaffestationen om var man köper det fantastiskt goda kaffet. Fem stjärnor!

Bra info om parkering. Rimligt billigt med laddplats. Bra frukost. Fräcka rum. Mycket bra kvalitet för pengarna.

Jobbigt att det inte finns reception o personal förutom städpersonal . Städpersonalen var dock mkt hjälpsamma o trevliga. Sängen var skön men rummet trångt o lamporna är svåra att komma underfund med. Inget tvättfat i badrummet. Golven med klinkers jättekalla .. man drog sig för att duscha pga kylan. Fin utsikt o frukosten var ok men kommer välja annat hotell med reception o mer service nästa gång.
