The hotel is simple but complete, the staff is friendly, and the response is very fast.

This hotel's location is quite attractive, close to everything, and several places are within walking distance. However, the hotel's ambiance is very disappointing. The room and bathroom are dirty. There's no soundproofing. People are constantly slamming doors. The towels smell strange. And the hotel staff is a bit odd.

We are travelers from Indonesia. The strategic location is very close to Pudu Station, quite far from Bukit Bintang. We arrived at night to check in quite safely, seen two other female travelers who booked a room after us. The hallway smells good, the elevator works well, the room we booked was a family room for 3 people, quite small but still comfortable, those looking for a budget hotel are recommended here. The service is friendly and good. A small suggestion for improvement in the bathroom, the rubber partition door is loose, so the shower towards the water door can leak onto the floor of the sink. If I go back on holiday to KL, I will book here again. Keep up the quality, okay?
