We had a wonderful stay. The property is located right in town. 2 mn walk and you are right in Old Town. Our bedroom was clean, modern and had amazing view. Staff was incredible. Would stay again for sure!

Clean room nice view. Value for money. Very hospitality. Tony was very nice, came downstairs led us where to park car and show us where to have breakfast. He is very knowledgeable about the area. WillStay again

Very nice check in, room has a great view. Modern, living area, bedroom and 2 full baths. Overlooks the Split harbor. Very close to old town attractions.

To find parking area is hard.

We were very comfortable in these rooms and all the staff were very friendly and helpful.Its within 10 mins walking to the centre to attractions and restaurants and the ferry services.

Bed was comfortable, view was gorgeous, friendly staff, big shower

The room was clean and comfortable. The shower was strong and hot. The view of the city was acceptable. The WiFi was strong. The tv didn’t work but who cares? The staff was very helpful. The room was walking distance from everything and particularly the port.

Excellent location. 10 minutes walking to most places, Riva and Palace. Room was of a good size. Fantastic view. (Sea and the city). Very clean. Staff member we met was very helpful. Would stay in this hotel again.

Convenient location near Split harbour with nice view, however building is on a busy street. Cooked breakfast (with good varieties) is provided by cafe downstairs & they readily catered for my lactose intolerance. Tonci at Reception has a wealth of knowledge on services, and his dinner recommendation at Sperun was greatly appreciated.

The hotel is located in an office building. It seems that The View Luxury Rooms is located in only two floors from that building. Our rooms were small and have low quality sheet and towels. We consider that this is not a hotel. This is a floor with small rooms for rental. We also got a very cheap free sparkling wine due to the booking through Expedia. No sure why the Expedia and other websites is giving to the hotel a 4 starts rating which is too high considering the hotel amenities and type of rooms. I would suggest to lower the rating to 2 starts.
