Chosen for in room jacuzzi- great!!! Only 2 pillows, wifi kept kicking us out, Sunday so most things in area were closed.. old creaky elevator Front desk young man for check in was extremely polite and efficient, and when I had to call with questions he answered right away.

We got charged a 200$ holding fee, which I didnt expect. Already paid an overpriced amount for a room. Which didnt match the pictures, btw. It was very disappointing. We only went there because of how the pictures showed the place. There were ants in the bathroom and bedroom. The bed was advertised as a queen, it is not. It mentioned a sofabed, it was a sofachair. The blanket had a stain on it. The thermostat wouldnt go lower (the room temp was 24, we're sensitive to the heat. My kid got very little sleep). There was a clump of hair in the shower. No conditioner to wash my hair properly. Got free breakfast. It had a small variety but wasnt bad. But we couldnt find the bowls for cereal. The mugs and cups were dirty/greasy (you could see the wipe marks and whatnot). It was just...a dirty, low-maintained place rhat charges way more than it should. Very disappointing. The receptionist lady was fine (not rude but not smiley). She was there when we checked in around 11:30pm till we check out, around 9:30am....does your staff get breaks xD

Tea should be provided in the room. Excellent hotel

Quiet place with good services around. Parking is small (I drive a big van)it's best to park the car backwards in your spot.

Comfort and cleanliness was okay. Breakfast was okay but eggs, potatoes and sausage were not enough warm and not tasty. Would have liked to have waffles and yougourt. .

Good value for the price

Breakfast buffet was very good. Not super accessible for a mobility scooter, but the owners were very nice and the accommodations were good.

Nice little hotel, clean and well located near the Casino. Good breakfast with a good variety. The only inconvenience was the electric baseboard in room 406 which woke us up very early in the morning making a lot of noise.

Very comfortable room and lots of parking. Easy to get to. Several restaurants, drugstores etc. in the area. Reasonable rates.

One staff member did not know much about the area e.g. public transport

French TV took a little getting used to, not used to it comming from Toronto.

The room was nice and clean. Breakfast was decent. There was some flooding from the ceiling outside our room but it was dealt with within a day.

I travelled with family and faced a lot of issues. For the price I paid for that kind of room was too expensive. It is bedbug infested hotel. We were not able to sleep the entire night and in the morning when we complained they refused to admit that they have bedbugs in their hotel. The breakfast was extremely bad. Overall our stay was very unpleasant.

The room was tidy and clean, and the front desk staff was very helpful and supportive. The breakfast food items were of good quality. The overall experience was pleasant.
