Absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to take care of us. The breakfast menu was great! Lots of local fruits, juices, freshly prepared eggs to order, and Colombian cuisine from soup, cheeses, breads, rice with either chicken or sausage-something for everyone. In main lobby, there was a well-stocked bar as well as a coffee, pastry, and gelato bar.

Everything was perfect!

Rooms were spacious and we loved having a balcony with seating. The front desk and transportation desk were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included so that was a plus. The spa services were amazing!! Food service could take a bit at times but overall, the hotel was great and the price was unbeatable.

Always visit this hotel when I go to Pereira. The staff is super friendly and the food from both restaurants is delicious. Loved the environment during the world cup.

Everything perfect The only thing is a delay at reception

We had a great e time. Rooms were clean and staff was quick to service us when we needed help. We traveled with our children ages 9 and 12 and they loved the game area for the kids, food and pool. Overall amazing and we will be back soon.

Excellent Hotel with very attentive staff

Reasonable hotel. Simple things to improve: change the shampoo, it’s awful. Add black tea for breakfast. Change the type and volume of the music at the Octavo restaurant. And I had a party in my next door room. Front disk changed our room for another one.

Hotel cómodo, buen aseo, desayuno excelente. Por mejorar el mobiliario y amenidades de las haitaciones, se quedaron obsoletos, y no compensa la relación precio beneficio. El restaurante está sobrevalorado, comida costosa.

Hermoso Hotel La piscina súper limpia y espaciosa. Las habitaciones cómodas, el desayuno variado , rico y el personal del Hotel, lo mejor de todo Amables , efiecientes y cálidos
