Fantastic staff hotel and food

On a nice premises but rooms are getting a little tired. The showers in particular have mould buildup, and I’ve stayed in several different rooms in the past 4mths. Shower head is also uncomfortable and needs a modern version. Housekeeping standards varies and often there are stains left behind. An uplift of this property would make a huge difference. The bed is comfortable which keeps me coming back to this property vs others in the areas for my consideration.

Bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned between stays. Assume it was just an error but everything else was fine

Difficulty checking in. Had to call a number to obtain the lockbox code. Was given the wrong code. Took 45 minutes from the time we arrived to, be able to enter the hotel
