no toilet paper. asked receptionist and they replied don’t have. Housekeeping locked the door and cannot get toilet paper. Went to ground floor public toilet also no toilet paper. need to go out and get toilet paper.

Electric supply keep on tripping..tv no channel. you can even smell cigarette smoke most of the place.

not enough car park hotel...

Just limited parking. Others all okay.

The room was okay and spacious. will come back soon after this.

There is no compromise between customer n customers especially regarding car parking, eg check in 2 pm to parking at 1 pm not allowed, so sad, last check in here after 2 years regular customer. (every month check in because have a class).

I don't know how many times I stayed/booked this hotel. It's just near to my friends office and houses. Will stay here again whenever I need a place to stay in Kelana Jaya.

It's just ok, I stayed here so can be closer to my friends' house and office. Still can hear the noises from outside or even next door.

1. No desk available in the room. (Double deluxe room) 2. Tv no signal. Have informed the hotel staff but no action. 3. The smells of detergent too heavy. (Comfortor & pillow case) 4. Only one plug available. Need to boil water next to the bed.

Not suitable for family or romantic vacation.. recommend for backpackers..

The room is too small plus no cupboard to put my stuff.

Nice and friendly staffs. Room cleanliness can be improved but overall is good.

No soap no shampoo. Empty container for both soap and shampoo. Rude staff at the counter. Very unfriendly.

good value for money. I love it because they have ample of parking space, and it's very near to paradigm mall. There is also a thai restaurant nearby that serve super delicious food. all in all, I had a very comfortable stay.

Nice hotel, the rooms are clean, washing machine is available. You can find a lot of "kedai mamak" around the hotel.

the staff was very friendly..
