Hotel close to Jalan Darmo, city center

I've stayed here several times, and the staff service is truly excellent. The staff are very kind and the cleanliness is excellent.

Two of my nephews have had their wedding vows and receptions here, and all the staff I have met have been friendly.

The hotel staff were very friendly, the check-in & check-out process was fast, but there was a little something missing, the toilet was leaking a bit, so the floor couldn't dry.

Highly recommend, have a space for gym and swimming pool area. M

Nice, comfortable, close to coffee shops and food stalls if you want to find inspiration.

Five stars is enough to describe it. I chose the smoking room.

I could hear the sound of tables and chairs being moved almost non-stop for 15-20 minutes in the next room or in the hallway. I wondered if it were a human, how could they be so mischievous and never stop.

Our stay was quite nice. The staff was friendly. We had dinner at the hotel cafe. The food was not special, but okay. Rooms were quite spacious and clean.

My son loved staying here on his last holiday and asked to stay again sometime. The best.

The parking lot was small, so we had to park on the side of the road, where security was uncertain. For almost 10 minutes, the sound of a table being moved nonstop in the next room or in the hallway was heard. I don't know if it was a hotel guest or a supernatural being, but if it were a human, there would be no way they could have been constantly moving tables and chairs for almost 10 minutes.

This was my first stay at Quest Hotel Darmo. For its star rating and price, it was quite pleasant. I was amazed by the swimming pool and, more importantly, the basement parking, although a bit small. Without further ado, I decided to extend my stay for another night.

Very comfortable and suitable for a staycation with family

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the 12th floor had a great city view. The buffet was also delicious. I'd love to stay here.

The toilet is not in good condition, sometimes it is difficult to clean it for defecation
