I booked a non-smoking room, but when I entered the room, there was a heavy smoking smell. I asked to exchange rooms, but the counter said it was fully booked.

The hotel location is strategic, the staff are friendly, but the breakfast doesn't have many varieties.

The check-in and check-out process was very fast, and the service was good.

There's a clubbing place so you don't have to go far to find entertainment.

Clean hotel.. Close to the city center and crowds

Very friendly and helpful staff. Delicious food, strategic location. Close to BCS and Grand Batam Mall, and near A2 Batam restaurant.

The staff is not in order.. From check-in, it's unclear.. Changing people.. even registering several times. The staff is not on standby. I've called dozens of times without any response.. it's serious.

Room Although it is non smoking room, it was a bit stuffy/smoke smell. Hot water, either not marked properly / not working properly due hardly can feel the hot water. Main lobby under renovation, the reception located at temporary station handled customer very well.

Ok in the room and service, everywhere is close, fun.
