Great pool. Excellent service. Beautiful grounds. Nice rooms. Excellent choice. One suggestion: The parking could be better signed/explained. One wish: The pool closes at 700. We visited during summer and it was daylight. With such a lovely pool, I would have appreciated a closing time of 8pm, so kids could play longer.

This was the second time we stayed at this hotel. We choose it as it’s close to the main highway to go to Igoumenitsa ferry port on our way to Corfu. Hotel is very clean, breakfast is included and has many options. My only complaint was the hotel rooms air conditioner was not working and it was very hot outside.

Perfect clean

Even though the Hotel is an older 5 star it was maintained in a clean condition and the staff tries to assist its guests to the best of their ability. THE BREAKFAST buffet is excelent and there is plenty of safe parking.

Amazing stay and loved the pool! Wasn’t busy at all and staff were excellent. Rooms had a great view and the bed was extremely comfortably!

Beautiful property and landscaping. Spacious room. Luxurious atmosphere for a good price. Plenty of free on-site parking. Friendly staff. The coffee at breakfast was very weak.

Beautiful property with lovely reception area. Room was very nice. Athina, in the restaurant brought my purse to me which I left at the table after dining. She also provided ice in a bucket to take back to our room. Wonderful employee! We enjoyed our stay at Epirus Palace.

Best hotel in Ioaninna. Enjoyed the magnificent grounds with pool area, plentiful breakfast and the best mattresses with the softest pillows. Second time here and would recommend it without hesitation.

In our room was a spider nest. In pool area many broken tiles. The food was the same every day. Our room the second day are ready-clean at 14:25 and the spider nest there. Our glasses of wine in room they arent clean...

We have stayed at the Epirus Palace many times. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great hotel with well-kept amenities. Need a car to get to the center of town, but otherwise nice to be outside of the hustle and bustle during the day. Would recommend!

Gorgeous! Location near the road, easy to acces, plenty of orange and yelow flowers, spacious room, good eating.

A decent 5-star hotel.

The food was very good, both room service dinner and breakfast. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The fridge in the minibar did not work and the heat was not turned on. The staff moved us to the room next door and provided a space heater.

I think that I have nothing negative to say I had a very good Impression

This is not a 5 star maybe a 3 at the most.The bed was very uncomfortable. Breakfast was poor. The hallways smell.

An excellent hotel with a very comfortable room and bed. A large bathroom with everything you need. A choice of pillows in the room too. The staff everywhere were incredibly helpful. However, this is probably one of the worst breakfast I have eaten at this level of hotel. Most items were either lukewarm or had been sitting around. Being in an area with excellent produce, nearly all items here were of low quality. The breakfast was so bad we couldn’t face it in the second day. This was very disappointing.

Good hotel very nice room with comfortable bed . Good room service food at a reasonable price . Very tired bathroom with broken shower and dirty floor .breakfast all the cooked food was cold and orange swash rather than orange juice . But would stay here again .
