The sink was clogged and the conditions of the walls could be better. The other guests were really noisy, especially in the morning and at midnight.

Atendimento ruim, sabonete faltando, garagem imunda, elevador com defeito, controles da televisão sem pilha, televisão não era smart. Para um hotel de 4 estrelas achei extremamente horrível

Chão do quarto e banheiros sujos, lençol de cama rasgado, frigobar sujo internamente e externamente. Cabelo no chão e nas paredes do banheiro, ralo da pia sujo, ar condicionado velho, fazia muito barulho.

The receptionists are very polite, but the hotel is not good, when I entered the room I had to dust it, the floor was dirty and there was dog hair, there was a water leak in the bathroom, old and dirty towels, the air conditioning is programmed, there is no point in lowering the temperature as it will continue not to cool down, and the breakfast is terrible.

For 3 days in a row, no cleaning services were asked for because of Covid-19 precautions on our end. On the day that it was asked for, magically the lock from one of the suitcases was picked.

As paredes dos quartos são finas o que acaba fazendo com que venha muito barulho dos outros quartos e do corredor. O café da manhã que é pago a parte é bem fraco e os copos tem um cheiro bem ruim. A janela do meu quarto estava quebrada em cima fazendo com que entrasse chuva e barulho, informei na recepção e demorou mais de uma hora para me trocarem de quarto. Existem opções bem melhores.

FUNCIONÁRIOS MUITO SIMPÁTICOS, PRESTATIVOS, PENA QUE NÃO TEM AQUELE CAFÉ DA MANHÃ QUE ESTAMOS ACOSTUMADOS NOS HOTEIS BRASILEIROS, QUE TORNA A ESTADA MAIS ACONCHEGANTE, SEM PRECISAR DE DESLOCAMENTO.
