The hotel staff is friendly, this hotel is just an apartment converted into a hotel, but it is clean, only the shower and TV are a bit problematic, and the hotel is quite clean.

Sorry, MG Suite. I often stay here, booking with others. I chose a non-smoking room, even though the receptionist said it was a non-smoking room. When I entered the room, it smelled of cigarettes, whether it had been used by a previous guest or even the staff themselves, I don't know. What is clear is that the non-smoking room I entered the first time smelled of cigarettes. At check-out, I had a long wait, told to wait for some unknown reason, but my check-out took a long time and I wasn't called. I checked the check-out line, but I hadn't been called. After I finished the line, I tried to ask and was given a 100 deposit and was able to check out. I should have been more careful with the queue, as it was a good time to relax, and if I had to rush to the airport, I would have wasted time waiting.

The atmosphere is very homey... like living in your own house... comfortable, clean, big apartment... Next time I have a business trip, I will come here again.

The room is spacious even though it is a bit old-fashioned, close to the market, clean, the staff is very friendly.

It was pretty clean, but the blanket was really itchy, and I don't know if it wasn't replaced or what. Overall, it was good, and clean, even for the price of around 300.

My experience staying at the Suites Hotel was very pleasant, the place was clean and comfortable to take a break and relieve fatigue.

Every time I visit Semarang, I always stay here. Check-in and check-out are fast. There's a Rp 150,000 deposit upon check-in. Parking is free. The rooms are spacious. The food is delicious, but it's a shame the breakfast doesn't include meat or chicken. Overall, it's worth it.
