Nice hotel. Fast check-in and check-out. We arrived in Sapa at 6 am and were able to leave our luggage. We were also able to leave our luggage when checking out. This hotel has the best service.

From the hotel, you can see Sun Plaza and walk there. It's not far. The restaurant is spacious and has a variety of food. The reception staff is also lovely.

The hotel is near Sun Plaza. You can check in before the check-in time. The staff is friendly.

The hotel staff helped us find money exchange, and the hotel room was very clean, the view was great and it was close to Sun Plaza.

Strategic location in the heart of Sapa city. Easy to reach Sun World Sapa station by walk. The room was quite comfy, clean, and neat.

Spacious room, helpful staff, walking distant restaurant and sun plaza. The hotel is located on the hill so it offers nice view from room but it also means lots of work to go up to the hotel.

Its nice hotel for families, the staff are excellent, they treat us kindly even before check in and after check out, but its just need improvement for room interior because its old style, for breakfast we hope they just served halal food,

I stayed here for 2 nights, the view of my room was quite ok, the room was also quite good, however, maybe the day I arrived the weather was humid so the room had a musty smell, the balcony was not cleaned and weeded. The staff were quite cheerful and friendly

However, I booked the room with the lowest price but was still arranged to have a room on a high floor with a clear view. It's ok to eat for 1 or 2 days, but on the 3rd day it's quite boring... - Friendly, well-rounded staff (not to the point of wow, but nothing specific to criticize) - Hotel location on a slope very high, or have to climb quite high stairs to get up. If there are elderly people, you should travel by car, walking will be a bit difficult. However, the hotel is in a central location, quite close to the stone church and eating areas.
