Amazing hotel in a great location. The river is on one side with nice views of the city, then you have the Christmas market on the other side during December. Super convenient location and you can get to anywhere in Basel taking the tram.

The staff are phenomenal! Felt so welcome and extremely well taken care off.

Cool location, close to everything

Staff was so pleasant and helpful. The hotel lounge and room were clean and decorated so nice for the holidays!!

Room was Spartan but clean and tidied up daily. Staff was excellent---always helpful and patient. Convenient public transportation stop and passes provided by the hotel. Only complaint was that the shower's floor was pretty slick; be careful!

Duty rooms, no air conditioning and when you open window too much noise and smoking outside

Room floors were dirty the whole stay , no AC in the rooms and had to leave windows open but very noisy street until 2 am Staff was friendly Not worth the money

Very helpful staff. Beautiful location on the river. Construction on the street side but the hotel was great about providing information prior to arrival.
